- It's the season for red shiso (perilla) leaves.
This year, I've made red shiso vinegar drinks and sprinkles with red shiso. I also made a simple lunch using the red shiso sprinkle. Shiso is essential for gut health as it promotes the secretion of gastric fluids and improves digestive movement.
After eating, I started craving something sweet. I want to introduce you to a snack I'm currently obsessed with. Once you start eating it, you can't stop-the deliciousness! 😍 I'm a bit embarrassed, but I'm also sharing CUKO's way of enjoying it.
