Clean your bathroom floor with Windex and a paper towel. You can mop with whatever you want but once it dries go over it with Windex and a paper towel. It will shine and no streaks .

Also, I'm here after watching your most recent videos. So I like how you've transformed from kind a more put together aesthetic to the now post-pandemic "fuck it" aesthetic. My OCD neat-as-a-pin mise en place condo NYC lifestyle with nothing ever out of place, hides a dirty little secret... a never-used full size dishwasher loaded up with mason jars and unorganized Tupperware. I have the same Ikea-Toolbox. It got me through all my moves since leaving home (which were plenty). I got a little electric drill for my birthday and now I feel like I'm prepared for everything :D But now I feel called out, because I have an organized Tupperware drawer :D

The rent is definitely steep but man has it been worth it to not have roommates 😆There's coin laundry on the first floor, no crazy neighbors *yet* and neighborhood is good, but I also don't go walking around after dark. Love a realistic apartment tour! ❤️ I've been wanting to do one forever but we moved around the same time as you and still haven't gotten it "how I want it" haha so I gave up on the idea.
Eucalyptus is excellent in the shower, I have at least 3 bundles hung up between two showers myself. And I recognize the Wild Unknown Tarot deck! I have that also.
Our local chinese restaurant uses the same three sizes of take-out plasticware and it hasn't changed in years. Eventually we disposed of our old tupperware that was getting stained anyway and just switched to the Chinese takeout stuff. It stacks, so easy to organize and the covers go right underneath! Yes, I spent WAY too much time explaining our leftover-ware
So happy for you Chelsea your studio is perfect and that price???? You either are a person who thinks finding a studio under $2k is life changing or you think we need to be in a mental institute 🤣 but seriously amazing price!! And also the body wash I USE THE SAME!! IT SMELLS SO GOOD! I'll die on that hill but men's body wash is so superior. Also congratulations on the dishwasher 💃💃

My container cabinet doesn’t look like that 😟 I have Pyrex containers so maybe it’s easier because they nest within each other? I swear I’m trustworthy 😅 When I had plastic containers it definitely looked more like that tho.

I love books too!!! I didn't realize how many I had until I moved from my 1500 sq. foot home (a "cottage home" built in the 30's) in which I'd lived for 15 years to a 700 sq. ft. one-bedroom apartment. The house also had a LOT of built in storage space. Before moving I took approx. TEN big packing boxes full of books to a used bookstore. I had enough credit at that store for life!! I thought I'd given away all the books I could....until my next move. Books are the heaviest thing to move. After another 4 moves, shedding books along the way, I now have a "reasonable" amount of books, but looking to pare down a bit more. Never know when another move will come up. Enjoyed your tour!! Edit to add - New sub - look forward to watching more vids about life in NYC. :)
