Just found your videos this morning. Got my 1st mule 2yrs ago(was a horse person only for most my life so this was new for me!) and I loved the 1st video I watched of yours Desensitizing to off the property at a park. Reminded me so much of what I started out doing w my guy! Anyway then I saw this video and I have been doing the exact same thing both w the bag tied on, and sometimes if the wind is "right" I will hold one in hand or toss on the ground. I couldn't believe how my mule was(and kinda STILL IS) afraid of bags blowing on the ground!! Even a yr later of working w this technique, he still isn't great w bags blowing in front of him BUT at least I can rub the bag all over him(never thrilled w it, but he does stand now) and better w it tied to the stick that I use regularly to move him in the round pen. He seems to be much more used to that part as well. Taking a long time but when I ride, there's always an opportunity for these terrible white bags to be on the ground or worse, blow in front of us! Going to check more of your videos put, great stuff and it's hard to find good training content for any equine.
@@kelly33300 thank you!! The blowing bags can be rough! This game helped my guys a lot.. we play a game where they go after the bag and get rewarded for it
