I’m the same age most of them were in season 10 but even watching the first season I still see them as older than me 😂 one of those things you can’t get out of your head haha

Really love how he geeks out over batman in the exact same way the rest of us geek out over stuff. I've learnt a lot about Matthew Perry, the person, in the last few weeks that I never knew before. What a lovely lovely human being! I mean who says 'I want to be remembered for helping people and I'm going to spend the rest of my life proving it'. Gone far before his time! RIP! 🙏
This post describes my sentiments EXACTLY! I too have learned more about him in the last week than I ever knew/realized before. Incredible how much pain he went through - both emotionally and physically. I have always loved Friends and will continue to enjoy it - albeit with immense sadness for his untimely departure. RIP Matty 💔
It’s great seeing Matthew and his Batman obsession.
Chandler was, by far,my favorite in FRIENDS. But when he was suddenly so thin I worried about him.
I knew about the accident, his injury and the prescription drugs. But that was all I knew.
I loved him in his performances after FRIENDS. If you haven’t seen THE RON CLARK STORY you need to see it.
He was wonderful on WEST WING. He was just gone too soon.
His hour on LARRY KING LIVE just made me love him so much.
When I saw his interview with Diane Sawyer I immediately bought his book. It rips your heart out.
We find out so much we weren’t aware of. Or, I wasn’t, anyway.
We’re lucky to still have him. I treasure this guy.
Now I’m watching reruns of FRIENDS, which I never did once it ended.
Thank you for just 8 minutes with this wonderful guy.

Rewatching this after learning that he's gone. We never truly know someone's struggle but Matthew decided to share his in his book. His pain was indescribable but I hope he can rest now. I'm speechless and so sad for his suffering when he brought so much laughter and light to other people. He reached true enlightenment as well as self-awareness and I'm glad of that. He came full circle but I'm also dismayed that his story ended like this. He truly made it his mission to understand his disease and the affliction he was so tortured by.

Here after the tragic news… the world will forever remember what an absolute gem Matthew Perry was. Chandler was my favorite sitcom character ever, he helped me through so much sadness in my life. Rest in peace, heaven will be filled with laughs now 🕊️

Im glad he could find joy in simple things, growing up on friends this hits hard. He deserves all the success he had, and is being mourned by everyone, especially friends fans.

Thrilled that he is doing so much better and that he wrote a book about his life to help with his healing. It's sure to help others who need to know they aren't alone.
