    I just started 18mg of Concerta last week. I have had vivid dreams almost everyday as well! I could remember details that I typically can't recall when I wake up. I thought that was cool lol. It's only felt really effective the first three days. My anxiety was gone, my self-esteem went up, my mind was so clear, I felt happy, and felt very motivated the first three days. I was told the Concerta should last 12 hrs but it only lasted about 7 hours the first day and been going down since. Im still glad that I got to experience that first day where everything felt so right.

    I just started on Concerta about 1.5 weeks ago and wanted to see what other people had to say about their experiences with it. It seemed like it was mostly cis dudes sharing their experiences, so I was happy to see your videos and found them useful to just help give me some insight. Thanks and have a good one ❤️

    Girl you are glowing in this video! Anyway, thank you for the video. I'm going in to check if I have ADHD in a couple of weeks and I'm so freaking nervous. I keep getting anxious and thinking omg I've made it all up and I don't have it I'm just super lazy and dumb. I mean what do I do with my life if they say nah you don't have it, you just suck. 😵

    Oversharing with the Cashier that you have ADHD is so relatable lol but it actually helps. I started Concerta 3 days ago. I did notice my sentence structure issue as well before Concerta.

    I just love you, you're so cute. I start Concerta tomorrow and I'm so excited to start my treatment journey. I'm 25 and just got diagnosed with ADHD and everything makes sense now.

    Name brand and generic concerta are not bioavailability equivalent. Back in 2014 the FDA downgraded one of the main generic manufacturers, but the other one is basically just as bad. People report having more adverse side effects, and worse beneficial outcomes. There is a "generic" which is just concerta but being sold at a generic price. Also there is a coupon for concerta if you have private insurance and don't live in California. It should bring the cost down to $4 a month as the company will pay you up to $1800 a year to make up for the cost of the medication.

    I'm a tad bit late but listening to you was a treat. Can definitely relate to your struggles on a painful level and I'm really glad you're figuring it all out. By the way, just like another person in the comment said- you have that X factor, *the vibe* for youtube content, would be happy to see you again. Thank you for sharing your story

    Thank you so much for this update! I suspect I might have ADHD and was very concerned about the personality changes...but I want to take that first step and actually get diagnosed >_< just so scared that I'm being dramatic..

    • @MochaRose990
      @MochaRose990 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I'm on adhd meds and when my dose was too high, I felt off and not as responsive. However, you'll notice these things. even if it's not right away, you'll notice soon enough or someone close to you may bring it up.
      I don't think it's anything to fear. I could be wrong but I think the scare comes from people who've taken these meds as children and of course children don't realize what's happening to them.
      Also, technically your personality (which is patterns in thinking, feeling, and behaving) could change. If you have a pattern of procrastinating or interrupting others, this pattern may change and thus your personality did. But you or someone who knows you will notice if your personality is dimming or becoming more robotic. Maybe even use a medication tracker. I did and that helped keep track of my symptoms.

    Someone tell me do you feel like your head will blow up, like you want to rest your mind but it keeps going, expecially at night. Am on day 3 and my insomnia is too much

    • @MOROWAMOSAI
      @MOROWAMOSAI  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes I felt like that before. I had a period last year what I would up on my dosage where I felt like I was getting absolutely no rest at night even though I was sleeping. Talk to your doctor you might need a medication change or a lower dosage.
