Alexander Linkowski detransitioned after going through with "bottom surgery" (trans vaginoplasty, otherwise known as penile inversion) and years of taking estrogen. He describes his feelings of instant regret after the surgery, during which his rectum was cut, causing excruciating and lasting pain. He also discusses the complications he has dealt with as a result of medical transition, what it was like growing up as a gay boy in conservative Poland, his reasons for transitioning, and his take on gender dysphoria and transition in general.
