Hey Dave remember that hosing crash you said wouldn't happen? There's a lot of people heaving this problem right now with out all the money she has.
She sounds broken up about her mom. No way she would be any good to any company right now because she is so miserable.
A 40k car still has insurance and maintenance, I would get a cheaper car, they are not worth it, they get pelted with rocks and gravel and salt in the winter, etc.
Got laid off as well yesterday… tpo mortgage closer. 😢
Buy a jeep would be the dumbest thing possible , a jeep is called waste all my money
So, is she grieving or bragging?
She sounds happy about losing her mom
Smh you would rather her call up crying?
Jeep Grand Cherokee is a money pit.
She is wasting people time. She need Zoloft.
🤣
Mortgage free home. $500k in cash. Very young woman. The poor dear. Thank God for Dave. He saved another one lolol.
I’m getting a sizable inheritance too but I’d just save it
Maybe she could shadow someone while she's studying for the exam.
Hmm it's been a couple of months since her mother's passing and she does sound like one of those people whom their outward personality is happiness, almost like a default. Obviously I don't know her life's story, but I just don't sense anything malicious out this woman.
I would steer away from any jeep/Chrysler product and look for something more reliable, if you care about your money.
Steer away. I see what you did there.
Why do I feel like she is showing off……
she needs to get her real estate license, buy a rental house and then get a part time job.
Buy a cheap car then find a job. Don't spend the cash just because. To do so it just bad advice.
500k and it’s not invested? Not the brag she thinks imho
She just received and she doesn’t have to invest the whole thing yo! Y’all gotta live a little and stop investing all your money and don’t enjoy it
How many people can say they have home paid off with zero debt before a windfall?
I wouldn't be in a hurry to invest in this economic climate. Takes time anyway if you want to do it right.
In the mean time a nice dependable new or used car with cash would be nice gift for herself to complete the debt free household.
@@reese85 I usually disagree with you, but I agree, don't invest all of it, life is too short.
$10-$15K get a decent ride. Now do it HR lady.
I call BS on this Story. She don’t even sound sad about her Mom, even if it has been some time, Imo I feel like she’s more happy about that 500K inheritance and wanted to indirectly brag about it
Ken and Dave have their own coffee mug.
But Racheal just have a piece of paper that she puts over a, what looks like a Dunkin Donuts cup?
@Jimmy, why don't you send her one, how creepy. Pervert
