So for right stick steals, do i hold or flick the stick toward the ball? And is there a timing? Like when the ball on his hand or when it hits the court
if the ball is in the dribblers right hand , flick your right stick down to the right so you can reach straight to the ball, i think it’s better to reach when they have possession of it

Make a build with HOF unpluckable. Most guards I rip every play barely have it on silver
i do have hof unpluckable those clips were twitter clips. game still trash wit hof unpluckable ngl if they have double hof badge. just needs a tiny buff . no steal nerf tho

Man i legit got graded out of a Rec game lastnight because of pluck steals. They dont even be in good postion. They get no penalty for excessive reaching. We cant even abuse them for it because we cant speed boost properly. I legit cant get past half court because they just spam it knowing eventually they will get one without a foul being called.
That’s actually untrue. There is a penalty for reaching. If you miss you lose an adrenaline bar bringing down your steal rating. Speed boosting in 2k24 is different from 23 so maybe you have to learn that new skill. I also don’t know you dribbling attribute. Overall as a lock with 94 feet hof you gotta be nice with the sticks to get pass me every time. Also remember you got teammates. Don’t try to do it all by yourself. Peace
@@grenadianking3 I'm a pass first pg lol. I find that funny that this is everyone first go to instead of just agreeing steals are broke right now like every launch. I have 92 BH with Hold Unpluckable. I don't spam dribbles. I hold LT and wait for them to reach atleast once to twice. What I mean by no penalty is they know they can just reaching and eventually the numbers will kick in and they will get steals. 2K doesn't reach locks out of play. The speed boosting to the same side is very ineffective this year.
I think you should have hof unpluck if you don’t want to risk badge points then you deserve to be ripped it creates balance
i have hof unpluckable . but it’s not balanced to have 2 hof defense badges that go towards steals and 1 offensive badge to counter it. doesent really make sense.
If they buff it should only be to guards with hof unpluck and just a lil hof glove should rip gold unpluck all day there finally a reason to be a lock

means they show up together when you get a steal. You literally use one or the other.
nah they 150% stack. glove activates anytime you get a steal. with rick stick ripper it activates everytime you get a steal with the stick. you can check 2klabs and plenty of other testers. they 150% stack .

nah if the ball in they right hand flick your right stick down right to reach directly to the ball. for lanes flick right stick straight up. but regardless which way you flick the stick you’ll still get an additional boost to get the steal

but even when i had 25 steal i had like maybe 125+ steals on my player card which might not seem like a lot but it’s still pretty good
@@HAUNTINGx haha I guess it depends how many games it took. Don’t think I ever got a lane this year with 25 steal. The animation would start, but the ball would just fly by unaffected.
