Hi just watched the video and I bought the Fantom a couple months back great machine!!!! But I noticed you guys say the machines come with lubricant for the machine. I just rechecked the box and machine pouch holder and I did not receive that. Did you guys just start doing that?

Do you remove the springs in all of the old Bishops when using cartridges? I have the 1st OG "square one"

My wand packer stopped working after a year. Not sure what part could be broken. Everything looks intact
can u replace a bishop v6 3.5mm cam that came like that and upgrade it to the 4.2mm cam
I have three wands.. but my packer cam is different, is like a one piece of aluminum, is that an update?

My tattoo machine bishop rotary v6 gets hot after only about a hour or two can someone help I did maintain it good but never got the motor wet or anything I’ve taken very good care of it but it gets hot I’m concerned. I bought this at the end of 2020
Do you have to lube it straight out the box or do they come pre - lubed ?
It’s already lubed if it’s brand new
i bought the packer mine is a little snuggy the holder, im just new in this thing maybe.
I just purchased the packer and I an having a problem with placing a cartridge in the machine and the motor won't push it , but if I turn it on without the cartridge it runs , I've been placing the cartridge in the machine while it's running but I want to know why it doesn't start with a cartridge in the machine
You’re using a weak battery or power supply. You need more amps. Use the bishop or critical battery
@calieddie3534 I have the same issue. Wether I use the little battery or the big battery the wand comes with. It does the same thing. The problem doesn’t go away. If you find the problem. Please let me know
It would be great if you could provide a maintenance instruction for the Capone machine. I can’t find any information about how to build it apart and together again and am afraid to do it since I don’t know if I’ll do it right. Would be so great to get information about that. Thank you!
The first thing you should've learned in tattooing is machine tuning, building, etc. There's videos on how to on here tho.
Stepped up your audio game...but hey canwe get a 5mm stroke bearing for the v6 or microangelo i like to line with a v6 i do alot of my lettering with a v6 4.2 and if we got a v6 5.0 i feel like id get better hit with 18rs and those bigger liners ....nevermind buying another liner
have a broken plunger bar i cant remove due to updated schema on the fantom..what size hex key do i need to replace the tiny screw on the fantom cam???

Been using og wands everyday for a couple years no problems at all. I think the price is good on the og wands I don't like the price hike on all of these new machines 1200+ it's unnecessary imo just use a critical battery or plug in.
Why is it in shader motor looks different than in packer and liner?packer and liner black motor with "fulhaber" on but shader motor is silver colour and no fulhaber saying?

Running my packer for my black and grey and all my color work...thing is a monster I love it...took me 3 or 4 tattooed to get used to but right out the box it moves like butter

I have been trying to get an answer to this myself for weeks and cant seem to get an answer. Very frustrating! When spending 1300 i figured i would not have so many issues. Have used it 4 times and had issue with it second time and cant open it up. Havent had these issue with machines fraction of the price. Disappointed

I Had Bought 2 wands about 2 or 3 weeks ago and where the cartridge goes on the Wand. It’s All chipped & Scratch.! Has anyone else have this problem?
Mine came in packed super nice and without a scratch.. I got the liner and the shader.. Where did you order them from?
