Maverick counterpart: Speedster Pronghorn Weapon: Dash Horn Weakness: Time Freeze Pre Maverick Info: Before becoming Maverick, Speedster Pronghorn was an elite maverick hunter tasked to hunt down mavericks and take them out quickly. Maverick Info: After sub-coming to the virus, She began to question her role as a maverick hunter...one day while with X and Zero, Speedster actively tried to stop X and Zero from killing off other mavericks as she deems them as "broken and torn up souls looking to rest in peace".
This reminds me of a fun fact: every Maverick in X2 calls back to a Robot Master from Mega Man 2. For example; Bubble Man and Bubble Crab, Metal Man and Wheel Gator, Flash Man and Crystal Snail and, of course, Quick Man and Overdrive Ostrich. X1 has this too, but Bomb Man isn't really well represented. The closest I can think of is Launch Octopus using his torpedos, which are explosive. Though Storm Eagle's stage kinda reminds me of Bomb Man's stage, so who knows.

He's not recreating the song. It's a midi file that's being loaded into a VST where you can mod with the X soundfont. It's not as complicated as im making it sound lol
Classic Megaman would find this stage terrifying, as he didn't get the slide ability until Megaman 3. X? Well... did he get the shoe upgrade first, assuming we're taking the version from the first Megaman X game?
At the risk of pissing off fans, I think this version is FAR better than the original! I have found, personally, that the original was too screechy. Especially in the intro. Don’t get me wrong, I like the composition itself! But the NES doesn’t make it sound all that great to me.
