@@TheKorenji most robot masters are close to metal Sonic level in terms of quality (they aren't half assed like nearly all bionic animatronics eggman turns the animals into or the canon fodder robots he sends after sonic most of the time)
@@superoakwood5513 I mean... given his position in the comic, Metal Sonic was probably closer to Bass, who himself if above most(if not all) Robot Masters... but even Mega Man, who can dispose of them arguably easier than he'd clear Wily bots, would have a harder time dealing with Badniks than Modern Sonic himself does, dude literally breezes through the vast majority of them without losing momentum at all, and even the big ones too!... Sonic's pretty much done giving Badniks a fighting chance, he can destroy them without even caring... however, the last time we really saw a 1v1 Sonic vs. Metal Sonic battle (at least in canon media), wasn't all that impressive either... and Sonic has come a VERY long way since then... I know the comics are their own thing, but Sonic would undoubtedly humiliate a version of the last Metal Sonic he fought like that, even if it was upgraded tenfold.
I think that particular feature of the stage, and the X5 Virus stage 1 could have been done a little better. Neither allow for much more than a split second of error.
Mate, this is just an incredible upgrade to your original arrangement! Ngl I'd rather you keep "having fun" with these themes, it's so much more enjoyable than your first take IMO. Awesome work anyway :)

It took a lot of trial and error, but 99% of the time I can make it through there without any temptation to use the Time Stopper.
