    hi ma'am, all of ur recipes r awesome.... this green chutney is also so wonderul thought....
    but once u blend any greens, we should use it in less than half an hour... otherwise they loose their nutrient values

      wash and put it on a clean kitchen towel and then cover it with another towel and then keep it in a shaded place like a balcony etc and dry for a couple of days...hope this helps :)

    When adding mint leaves I find the chutney becomes dark or black . What can be the reason? Mint leaves also if kept for 2 - 3 days become black n have to discard. Pls reply. Thanks.
