This is pure poetry by both players. The delicacy of the pianist is incredible. Clara Jumi's sound colors are very unique. I love the fact that you can hear a little bow shake in the very last cord. It shows her vulnerbility as a human and why she is such a great musician. Bravo to both!
It seems that Kang is immersed in love in this Brahms' Violin sonata, and Sunwook is the secret lover. Kang is Elisabeth von Herzogenberg and Sunwook is Johannes Brahms.
Super strong combination here. Like her combination with yeol eum son, both her and sunwook Kim are competition winners and have performed with the best orchestras and the best conductors

As a professional musician myself, I can believe that what I have heard from Clara performances, She is one of the most gifted and perfect professional violinist in the world
A beautifully nuanced, sensitive, flowing performance, with strength and passion in all the right places. I still love Perlman/Barenboim, but I am really falling in love with this performance too. She’s the kind of player that even when there are slight imperfections, it doesn’t matter - they aren’t the important things - because the important things are there in spades: gorgeous sound, colorfulness, powerful and nuanced expression, deep emotion. More of a cumulative effect than necessarily the most impressive in every moment. Reminds me of Mikyung Sung that way.

클라라님의 브람스 소나타 연주를 듣고 아들과 같이 바이올린을 배우기 시작 했어요 ~ 이제 배운지 2년 좀 넘었는데 이제 이 피스를 연주 시작했는데 .. 간신히 노트만 짚을수 있는 수준이네요 ㅎ 연주 들으면서 연습할때가 가장 행복합니다 ~ 감사해요 !
