    Thank you for making videos on Salesforce! They are really helpful! Can you please make a video on how to insert chatter feed items from one environment to another using data loader? (For example from Sandbox to SIT or Prod)

    Hi Salesforce Hulk,
    May I check if contact roles is possible to added as part of activities?
    Currently my company has been rolled out an account coverage KPI based on event. However at the event layout we can only add contact into the event which give some challenges. There are some contacts may have multiple roles in the same organization or managing different site.

    For example:
    Contact A is a chemist in Company AB (HQ) but he also an maintenance in Company AB (Site A). Therefore contact A was created as contact in HQ but assigned as account contact role in Site A. If the event is planning to be held in Site A, if user choose Contact A in the event, the activity will read HQ account to captured activity.
    Therefore, is the any other way to include contact role in event activities?
    Is that possible to create a field for user to choose a contact role to be included in event.

    Contacts didn't follow the change of account owner in salesforce. Please assist .
