Hi,
I want to remove some users from a Queue membership so i removed those users but those Queue membership are still present on user detail page. I found out that their Role is selected in the particular Queue , if i remove the Role from queue than all other users with same Role will get affected. Please tell me how to remove those users from those queues now.
Unfortunately, you can not remove the member if the role is selected in the Queue. You might want to create a new Role and assign that role to those users whom you want to remove from the queue,
@@sfdcpanther thanks for replying.
There was only one active assignment rule, how did the apac got functional since there is only AMER lead assignment rule.
I didnt understand the active logic here
At a time there will be only 1 Active Rule and that Active can have multiple Entries and these Entries are responsible for Assignment. You can have different Entries to Assign the Records to Different Users or queues.
Can we deactivate queues?
When do you say deactivate what do you mean? We can not deactivate the Queue there are no such options.
