Dan I can sing this song every day of my life. I’ve not only survived a stroke, but sepsis and cancer as well. Everyday is a gift from God. When I was in a wheelchair from my stroke I prayed every day before I went to physical therapy to walk again that God would give me the strength to work harder than I had worked every day of my life. I didn’t pray for a miracle at all. Just that I could work very hard in physical therapy.
I had a close friend who was shot and killed 12-7-2022. He was at a party I was supposed to be at. We worked together and I had to work the shift the next day that he was supposed to work. This song played on the radio on the way to work. It is hard to describe how bitter sweet this song made things. I miss him but I KNOW that God had a plan for him and has one for me. Thanks for the song Jason. I hope you are able to see the impact of your work on peoples lives on this side of the veil.

I just started doing PSEO for college, living at home. I was homeschooled for 8 years and struggle in social situations because of it. I often break down. I feel lonely and don't have many close friends. I really want to talk to people and I want people to come up to me and start a conversation. But when they do I am so awkward it is normally only a few words. I have absolutely no idea what I want to do for a career and am struggling in school. I feel as if school is not for me. I am just not good at it. But homeschooling has also caused me to slack off and do less work. I am only in two classes and one is online but it feels like to much. I have never had a job. Lord, I lift up Anna to You and ask that you fill her heart and mind with Your Spirit. I ask you to give her courage to speak to people wherever she is, in the grocery, at walgreens, at school... I ask that you help her to be as genuine as she can be, in that way she'll refelct your love naturally. I ask you to show her the origins of the addiction she is pulled by and the "why" she started it, and then I ask that you fill the need as she gives that space in her heart to you... I pray that she would commit her works to you and that you establish her thoughts in what is good and right always (Proverbs)... send her friends and keep watch over her with your angels... I pray mostly that she approach you as her Primary Care Physician and not be too drawn in to a "fix" for her anxiety... Lord, your peace is the answer and I pray that you fill her with it.. I ask these things in Jesus name... fill her heart and mind with YOU!
I pray that God will lift you up, give you strength and open doors for you. Things will get better! As a socially awkward person, my advice would be that you don't need to become this overly social person. Just focus on making one good friend, and then another...quality over quantity. It does take time. If you go to a class or church or anyplace where you see the same people, focus on forming a bond with one person, talking to them a bit each time you see them. Come prepared with a story to share. Another thing that works really well is to ask people questions. It takes pressure off of you, and trust me, most people LOVE to talk about themselves:) Talking to the same person consistently for about two months will allow you to form a friendship. Maybe more time, maybe less. One person will often link you to a group of friends. Sometimes being a good listener is just as good as being a good talker. And as far as being "good" at anything...that's a myth. People BECOME good at things. What do you want to be good at? What interests you? I guarantee it. Give yourself a year to become good at something, and you will see yourself grow so much. Just do the footwork and God will do the rest.
Do not give it, you are still young, things will be better as you grow older, keep making new friends, sometimes is hard to fit in but there is always someone nice and patient that can understand how your personality is, I had the same issue when I was your age, you'll get thru it just be positive in life every day is a victory, I'll be praying for you.

Anna, I want to tell you something. I was going to public school all my life and did good however I'm a very introverted person, which meant that I didn't have that many friends. I'm in college now and have been social now, however I still feel the same loneliness from time to time and with that introvertness I am horrible when it comes to change. I recently went to college and still am. I've been struggling in math and still don't know what I want to do. I also have not had a girlfriend before. I too cannot drive yet or have a job yet. My dad also recently lost his job. Recently I was feeling very down and I think got a little depression, but remember, life is a hard battle. It's not going to always be a good one. But that doesn't mean it's not worth the fight. God Bless you Anna :)

This song, Children Of The Living God, and Our God, have turned my family around. We used to fight and scream all the time but then we got into this music. After almost 3 years of nothing but Air1 and K love, my family is completely different. We spend out entire day thanking and worshiping God. We love each other more than before. My mom and i would listen to this song in the car on full blast every sunday on our way to church in the morning. Then i would go to sunday school with my best friend when i got there. we were around 12 and we would drink decaf coffee and we thought we were the coolest. It reminds me to never take anything for granted. Even when the hard times are hard, this songs shows how you can find the light inside the darkness. This was years and years ago. Every day is a great day to be alive when you've been alot of adversity. You really learn what's really important in life when you are close to dying or if a mistake had been made that you would die from that. My stroke and blood bacteria could have been very bad. I could be pushing up daisies in a real hurry if my blood bacteria had spread all over my body.
Jason it was great to meet you this past Saturday at Thrivefest. No matter what happens in life, know this that Gods got it. You can get through anything that happens in your life. dont let the devil steal your joy, i had sarcoma cancer and was healed by the laying of hands at a church where a reveren Jesse Duplantis flew in and i was instantly healed that night. I felt literal fire come thru his hand into my body and this fire of God burned away my sins and the enemies cancer and the pain was gone instantly and the mris and ct scans cant find anything anymore. I thank Jesse but i give all the Glory to God for healing me and now im restored. I can now raise my kids to know the Lord and watch them grow up and actually be there for them again. No more wheelchair or crutches for me PRAISE GOD !!! No surgery or chemo or radiation. Put your Faith to work in the blood of Jesus and what was done at the cross. Dont go by your feelings and what you see, go by what the Word of God says. Im NOT saying to deny the fact of the cancer exists, but deny the right of the cancer to be in your body. Have a pitbull kind of Faith. Find scriptures pertaining to your situation (like by His stripes we were healed)and read them out loud daily with belief from your heart/spirit until it manifests. ONLY speak positive faith filled words in regards to the problem. DONT go around saying this is gonna kill me, or i think im dying..etc I went from "im dying of cancer", to "im living with cancer" trying to just think positive but thats good but its NOT ENOUGH. You must come to the conclusion that whatever the name of the cancer that the devil is trying to kill u with such as dermatofibrosarcoma cancer NOW i know the name of the sickness so now i decree it must bow to the name of JESUS and command that disease to come out in the name of Jesus. BE GONE & STAY GONE for our body is a temple. The church isnt some building u only go to on sundays, OUR bodies are the church. Stand on the Word of God and what it says. Its NOT just some book, its a blood sworn oath. God bless.
I'm 23 years old and have been living with undiagnosed, debilitating chronic illness since I was 10 years old. Some days are extra hard, and I'm angry about everything I've lost, and today is one of those days. But, I'm thankful that I have the ability to recognize just how precious life is, and be thankful for tiny everyday things, because when you wake up not breathing, or fight to breathe, or eat enough, or when your heart skips crazy off rythym, you are face to face every day with the fact that each day of life, each breath, each heartbeat is a GIFT! And there's no guarantee that life will always be like you know it today, so don't take it for granted!

My mom and i would listen to this song in the car on full blast every sunday on our way to church in the morning. Then i would go to sunday school with my best friend when i got there. we were around 12 and we would drink decaf coffee and we thought we were the coolest. It reminds me to never take anything for granted. Even when the hard times are hard, this songs shows how you can find the light inside the darkness. This was years and years ago. I miss these times so much. This song hold my best childhood memories in it. Thank you Jason!!

When you can survive a stroke, a blood bacteria and lymphoma cancer like I have every day is a great day to be alive. You can sing this song every day you wake up in the morning.
Every day is a great day to be alive when you've been alot of adversity. You really learn what's really important in life when you are close to dying or if a mistake had been made that you would die from that. My stroke and blood bacteria could have been very bad. I could be pushing up daisies in a real hurry if my blood bacteria had spread all over my body.

I’ve survived a stroke, sepsis and cancer and I’m still alive. Only by the grace of God. I give God all the credit that I’m still alive. I should be 6 feet under right now. But I’m still alive for a reason.

dont let the devil steal your joy, i had sarcoma cancer and was healed by the laying of hands at a church where a reveren Jesse Duplantis flew in and i was instantly healed that night. I felt literal fire come thru his hand into my body and this fire of God burned away my sins and the enemies cancer and the pain was gone instantly and the mris and ct scans cant find anything anymore. I thank Jesse but i give all the Glory to God for healing me and now im restored. I can now raise my kids to know the Lord and watch them grow up and actually be there for them again. No more wheelchair or crutches for me PRAISE GOD !!! No surgery or chemo or radiation. Put your Faith to work in the blood of Jesus and what was done at the cross. Dont go by your feelings and what you see, go by what the Word of God says. Im NOT saying to deny the fact of the cancer exists, but deny the right of the cancer to be in your body. Have a pitbull kind of Faith. Find scriptures pertaining to your situation (like by His stripes we were healed)and read them out loud daily with belief from your heart/spirit until it manifests. ONLY speak positive faith filled words in regards to the problem. DONT go around saying this is gonna kill me, or i think im dying..etc I went from "im dying of cancer", to "im living with cancer" trying to just think positive but thats good but its NOT ENOUGH. You must come to the conclusion that whatever the name of the cancer that the devil is trying to kill u with such as dermatofibrosarcoma cancer NOW i know the name of the sickness so now i decree it must bow to the name of JESUS and command that disease to come out in the name of Jesus. BE GONE & STAY GONE for our body is a temple. The church isnt some building u only go to on sundays, OUR bodies are the church. Stand on the Word of God and what it says. Its NOT just some book, its a blood sworn oath. God bless.

I'm 23 years old and have been living with undiagnosed, debilitating chronic illness since I was 10 years old. Some days are extra hard, and I'm angry about everything I've lost, and today is one of those days. But, I'm thankful that I have the ability to recognize just how precious life is, and be thankful for tiny everyday things, because when you wake up not breathing, or fight to breathe, or eat enough, or when your heart skips crazy off rythym, you are face to face every day with the fact that each day of life, each breath, each heartbeat is a GIFT! And there's no guarantee that life will always be like you know it today, so don't take it for granted!
