I am a senior in high school with serious anxiety issues. This song helps me come down from panic attacks, and just focusing on the word "sparrows" helps me to control my emotions. Despite everything going on in my life, God will never abandon my family and I.

My child was diagnosed with hirshsprung’s disease and no one knew what kind of darkness that I went through. I hid away and cried for days. One day while I couldn’t find a parking space at work this song came on and immediately I knew it was God. In my darkest moments he was reminding me that he was there. Any time I struggled with the thoughts of her surgeries I played this song and now this song not only reminds me of the darkness but it also reminds me that God is in control and I can lay my burdens into him.

This song is so encouraging!! I'm 14, and so many people in my family struggle through depression, one of my family members attempted suicide 4 years ago. Praise be to the Lord, he survived miraculously, only losing his left arm! However, no matter how hard we tried, life just couldn't get better. After years of arguments and failed marriage counseling, my parents decided to get a divorce. We're still going through that process, and their 20th anniversary is in a few days. The parents and all 5 kids, we're struggling. But we SHALL NOT BE AFRAID!!! God's eye is on the sparrow, so I KNOW he's watching over us! I remember when I was in 5th grade, I had severe anxiety issues. I'm much older now and have an easier time handling my anxiety, but it was intense when I was that age. I cried a lot and was just scared of everything for no reason. I remember this song often helped me calm down and just remember that God was in control. Recently my friends have hurt me emotionally and I was just scrolling mindlessly on TH-cam tonight hoping for something to distract me, when I saw this video. I'm listening to it right now and I already feel so much better. Thank you, Jesus. ❤

The last three weeks my dad has been in the hospital for heart failure.. everyday was a struggle and still is. But hearing this song makes so much more sense to me now. Today he is coming to my home with hospice services.

You know God is good when he answers your prayers. Before this song started playing I was listening to "To live is Christ". While listening to that song I was telling him that I trust his power and his timing. I was putting him in charge of my future despite MY concerns. Next thing you know this song is playing as the lyrics are saying " don't worry your life away...... you are not on your own". God is listening to you!!!!!! Trust him with your fears. Now I can go to sleep reassuring myself that with God, there's no reason to worry.

Physical bullying, and Cyber bullying. Sometimes I think that no one wants me alive. I think that I have no friends. It makes such an impact to me sometimes to hear some of the words in this song right then all like '' you don't walk alone. you're not on your own''. then this comes along... not right after it in the song but ya know ''if he can hold the world he can hold this moment.'' As someone with a very severe anxiety disorder and very severe depression, this song is very encouraging. Even though I can't control when I go into panic attacks, I know the Lord is holding the whole world and hasn't forgotten about us. I feel like i need this reminder often.

I had two brain surgeries because I have Chiari it was scary very scary but I trusted in God and before you knew it my first surgery was great I was done with it and I actually felt like I didn't have surgery now the second one was a little tough on me but I mean they put a shunt in so they had to open my stomach to so course it's going to be sore there but always trust in God.
Listening to this song encouraged me in my faith remembering to do the best I could to not worry and continue to trust in Jesus in that time God answered my prayer and I'm so thankful for that!
I suffer for extreme anxiety i recently moved to a new city knowing nobody and starting a new job has caused my anxiety to sky rocket and listening to this song on klove has helped me breath threw my loneliness days and nights when my anxiety gets the best of me. This song is blessing along with all of Jason's music! I'm a poor 22 year old college student who worries about everything. I'm so afraid to fail and never be enough. I transfered from a small technical school to a large university so I could do ROTC and become an officer in the Air Force to help my family out and help make the world better. As exciting as it is I worry because I'm out of shape and overweight. I don't want to fail and not make it into the program. Alright, so Jason Gray, you are the bomb. This song had perfect timing when I heard it on the radio. I was having a terrible day. every school assignment that was due was either gone or incomplete. To top it all off, I had half of a five-page paper to finish by the next day. I was having a HUGE struggle with writing it in the first place, and the worst part was that the rest of it was at school, half an hour away. The school closes at 5:30. I left at 5:20. All I could do was hope. The FIRST song that was on the radio was this song, and just .listen to the first lyrics. THAT FELT LIKE IT WAS WRITTEN FOR THAT SPECIFIC MOMENT IN TIME. The whole ride there, every song was essentially the same thing. "Don't worry, God's got it covered". By the time I get there, it's already 5:50, and there is no way that anybody could still be there. I walk up without any expectation of actually getting in, and test the door, and to my surprise, it's unlocked. I walk in, and there's a teacher still there, and they let me into the computer lab, and I grab my flash drive. By now, I'm on the verge of jumping off of the walls. I don't just walk out, I DANCE out.

I have to get better at understanding that God is NOT my Earthly parents that had neglected me in times that I needed care, or scolded me over simple things. That our God and King care about us to put us through something AND still give us grace through that trial. My parents were great, but not perfect, unlike the Father

this song oh my gosh my friend told me to listen to it because i’m going through anxiety and depression. and this song gives me hope to keep going on to face today tomorrow and every day after because i know God is holding me and fighting this battle for me
I also have anxiety because of a trauma also and maladaptive daydreaming. I agree with you. This song gives hope. We can totally trust on our Lord Jesus Christ. And we will only have hard times that we are strong enough to go through. Never we will have times that we are not strong enough to go through. What an encouragement.
Lets always keep our eyes on Jesus Christ.

I love this song it really touched my heart. I was trying to sleep and I heard this song on my radio. The words made me think about how God is holding me. I feel in my heart I can relax and go to sleep and leave everything in God's hands.
