Custom Car Part Design and Manufacture FULL PROCESS for Bernard Kerr's Twin Turbo Post Van

In this video we take you through the whole process of designing a custom part - from problem to solution.
Follow along as we design and manufacture a part for Bernard Kerr's Twin Turbo Post Van project.
We work through design work on Fusion 360, CNC plasma cutting Aluminium, folding on our Baileigh Magbrake, and then TIG welding up the part.
