Yes, innovative, but we have to take into account the small scale of FLW himself. His houses fit him, they do not fit my 6'4" husband, 6' 6" son, nor my 6' 1" daughter. We proved his by collectively touring the FLW house here near Washington, DC. Claustrophobia set in rapidly.
I could see that! Definitely for a different size of people. I'm not claustrophobic, which just made it feel cozy. The small door sizes were a bit odd feeling. I was fascinated by the play on space, light, and what Wright saw and portrayed through his design. Cheers!

last spring. yeah they let me in, cost $10 , but it helps keep it open to the likes of me!
