Maybe threading the straps through a long trash bag (horizontally) would wick the water into it 🤷‍♀️ I ordered a set to help haul lightweight camping gear on our Corolla rooftop after ordering two sets of roof racks that supposedly fit but almost scratched my paint both times even with the cloths. Looking forward to the handirack coming in. Thanks for the caveat about the water.

I literally just got this hat! I have a question for you..does your flop around a lot? It seems like mines wasn’t properly stitched where the mesh meets the actual cone? It’s definitely stitched on the back end but around the sides and front of the mesh it’s loose and pulls out from the cone
