I get the impression Mega Man 7 was influenced by both Mega Man X (adding the intro stage) and the Game Boy Mega Mans (game 4 in particular, splitting the bosses into two clusters of four with a stage in between and adding the shop system).

Yea I've heard from a few comments that the GB games probably inspired the 4 boss thing but tbh I wish they just let you fight all 8 from the get go still lolol

I personally feel Hard Man was kinda tough because of the fact he stops you when he lands, even if you're on the air.

Megaman V was the first Megaman game I finished on my own. Gravity Man was also the first robot master I've beaten. I realized there was a pattern in his movements so I was able to exploit it. Gyro Man's stage is hard though

Here are my picks for the EASIEST Robot Master fights in each installment of the Classic Mega Man series...
MM1: Bomb Man (Why him and not Cut Man, you may or may not be asking? Yes, I can guarantee that Cut Man is also easy to deal with; it's like a rock breaking a pair of scissors. That's just Buster Only, too. You can go through the battle with him faster using Super Arm, if you can manage to hit him, that is. If that doesn't work out for you, Fire Storm is an alternative option. Then again, people usually go for Cut Man first not only because he's the first one that's highlighted, but also because he's downright easy to defeat. You know who else people tend to go and face first? Bomb Man. To me, I find it easier to avoid bombs he throws at you than dodging Cut Man's Cut Blade that can come back to him like a boomerang. His bombs don't even have that much of a blast radius. If Bomb Man isn't throwing bombs, he will just jump away from you if you get too close. Most likely doesn't want to get blown to smithereens himself. If you really want to blow him up, use Fire Storm.)
MM2: Crash Man (If you're in Japan, he's named "Clashman." Without taking Metal Blade into account, which is not his weakness weapon (that would be Air Shooter because he jumps around a lot), I find Crash Man to be the easiest of the Robot Masters in the game. He has quite the A.I. that can easily be manipulated. See, he will only jump when you shoot. Once he's at a peak of his jump, he'll try shooting a Crash Bomb at you. After about a second of it being planted on the ground or the wall, it will simply blow up. While that's happening, he'll just run back and forth, unless you shoot, in which case he'll jump. Once the explosion process is done, if you (again) shoot, he'll jump and plant a new one. Even if you get yourself cornered, you can either shoot at him to make him jump out of the way or jump over him yourself. What I would do is that I would shoot him, he jumps and plants a bomb for me to dodge, then I run away from him as he's coming towards me, and once the bomb is done exploding, I shoot him again. I repeat this process until he's dead, without fail. So, even without the overpowered Metal Blade (in fact, it'll just be reflected), he's easy to defeat just because of how easy it is to manipulate his A.I.)
MM3: Top Man (Like Tooterp said, he'll just throw three easily dodgeable spinning tops, he'll spin, then he'll try ramming into you, in which you jump over him. That's all there is, really. If you don't want to waste more time on him, just use Hard Knuckle.)
MM4: Toad Man (This robot is the epitome of a laughably easy boss in Mega Man history. Besides leaping towards you, he does have a screen nuke called the Rain Flush. Sounds pretty devastating, right? Too bad he won't use it once you attack him, so he'll just hop around or throw his hands up in the air like he just don't care. Why use Drill Bomb, his weakness, when you can use your trusty Mega Buster to defeat him just as easily? Such a shame, he could've been so much more.)
MM5: Gyro Man (I'm not gonna deny that Star Man also has an easy battle, but let's talk about Gyro Man for a moment. He attacks simply by throwing gyros at you, but it will also stop at your position and aim up if you jump or down if you slide. He'll also go off screen up into the clouds and throw his gyro, then try to land on top of you. So, what makes him the easiest Robot Master in Mega Man 5? Simple, his weakness weapon. With Gravity Hold, you can use it no matter where he is. As long as you don't use it too quickly, you should use up all of that weapon energy to defeat him that way.)
MM6: Plant Man (Honestly, I had a hard time at first. But once I figured it out, he is a piece of cake to defeat. Plant Man will bring up his Plant Barrier to protect himself with, jump toward a wall to bounce off of, and once he lands, he'll throw his shield at you that you must jump over. He will only run towards you when the shield is completely off-screen and stop at a spot you were last right before he moves. The process repeats until either one of you wins. Which wall he will aim towards when jumping is random, but other than that, you shouldn't have a hard time with him... Unlike his stage, apparently. To defeat him quicker, use Blizzard Attack, because Flame Blast is already Blizzard Man's weakness, so the cold is the next best thing to deal with plants like him.)
MM7: Cloud Man (The most likely reason as to why he's so easy is because of his weakness weapon, Danger Wrap. You encase him inside a bubble, it pops and destroys his cloud, he falls down, and reforms the cloud to float back up. You do this several more times until he's a smoke of dust, not even letting him attack you at all. It's such a shame, too, because when you don't use his weakness on him (or you tackle him first), it's quite a challenging fight. He will shoot lightning at you, float down and form rain with a mixture of wind to try and either push you into a pit or toward Cloud Man, shoot more lightning at you, and then chase you down, making you slide under him to avoid. It's too bad for him that he's on this list due to that exploitive tactic.)
MM8: Frost Man (His stage must've been so difficult that an easy battle with him makes up for it. He may be big, but he's not that bad once you easily dodge his attacks. He'll jump on you, use his ice punch, jump toward the other side of the screen, punch ice blocks toward your direction, use his Ice Wave. The exception when it comes to easily dodged attacks may be when he's below half health, he'll drop all the ice blocks one by one. If you aren't careful, he will make a popsicle of you, otherwise he's not much of a challenge. Use Flash Bomb if you want to make short work of him. "that hut.")
MM&B: Cold Man (Being one of the first three Robot Masters you face in this game, he is quite a pushover. This fridge-like Robot Master will form an Ice Wall and push it towards you, in which you must jump over it. It will bounce off the wall and come back to Cold Man, making itself shatter when in contact with him. After a few more times of this, he will jump forward some distance. If you're stuck in a tight corner, you can use this opportunity to slide under him, or in Bass's case, jump over him. When he loses half health, he will spawn a cloud enemy up in the air for you to destroy. Making contact with it will make it harder for you to move and, thus, make it harder for you to jump over Cold Man's Ice Wall, so shake it off if that happens. Destroying that enemy will also prevent Cold Man from jumping, so use that opportunity when you get the chance. You shouldn't have an issue if you're playing as Mega Man. If you're playing as Bass, however, it won't really make it that much harder for you, but it will take longer to defeat him, so patience is key. You can use his weakness weapon, Lightning Bolt, to short-circuit him. Alternatively, you can use Wave Burner, but you would have to face him again in the boss rush to put that to use.)
MM9: Galaxy Man (His attacks are very simple to avoid. Just jump over him when he charges at you, even if it's at a rather upward angle. When he jumps on top of the screen, he will spawn in a Black Hole Bomb trying to track your position. Once it forms, run away from it as it's sucking you in, and occasionally shoot him when he spawns under it. Not only is Concrete Shot his weakness weapon, but it also gets rid of the black hole he spawned, making an already easy battle even easier.)
MM10: Blade Man (I had wanted to talk about him more back in my previous comment on the HARDEST Robot Masters list, so here I am talking about him here. Here's the strategy for this. He'll start by clinging to the right wall. Start by getting closer to him before he throws his three blades at you. He'll then jump to the ceiling and throw his blades. Stay to the right. He should jump and cling to the left wall, so move towards him when he does, before he (again) throws his blades. Stay to the left when he jumps to the ceiling to throw his blades yet again. You should repeat this process until he's as good as dead. But if he happens to stop for a second, get ready to jump out of the way before he charges at you. Using his weakness weapon, the Commando Bomb, is kind of tricky to use, though, given you have to control which direction you want it to go. Make sure the shockwave hits him and not aim at him directly to deal some real damage. Sure, Sheep Man is also easy, but I find him only slightly more difficult than a walking man with blades, so I'll cut him some slack.)
MM11: ... (Still have yet to play the full version of Mega Man 11.)
But you want to know who's actually the EASIEST out of all the Robot Masters in this entire series? Quint from Mega Man II and Mega Man V for the Game Boy, without question. Say what you will about Toad Man, but he at least does have a devastating attack, if you let him use it. Quint doesn't even have that; all he has is a pogo stick called the Sakugarne. His "attack" is him trying to lunge at Mega Man and drill the ground with laughably pathetic range. That's all he does. Just jump and shoot, and I do mean JUMP and shoot, to deal damage to him and you're done. Battle over. You don't even destroy him in Mega Man II, he just runs away while you go after him, and get the Sakugarne, for some reason. Let me remind you all by saying that Quint is supposed to be Mega Man from the future captured by Dr. Wily... Let that sink in.
That's all I have for you. Until we meet again!

I guess I could say the same about Cut Man and his AI manipulation to some degree. Funnily enough, I did recently play Mega Man: The Wily Wars as part of the Genesis's (Mega Drive's) lineup of games for Nintendo Switch Online, and I actually find Crash Man a lot more difficult in that game than in the original version. He shoots his Crash Bomb more accurately than I thought, otherwise his AI remains the same.

i genuinely don't understand how blade man is easy... he was so difficult to learn. It took a very long time to figure out u can just walk into him ane basically not get hit. I'd say all of the bosses for mega man 10 are just easier to learn than blade man. I genuinely don't understand how blade man is easy...
      Sheep man is very easy.
      Pump Man is also easy.
Strike Man is easy with weakness is just... wow... wow unbelievable LOL.
Commando Man with weakness is also laughable.
      Nitro Man is very fun.
Chill Man is easier to learn than Blade Man.
Solar Man is the only one I can say that gives me as much trouble as Blade Man due to his stage.

Galaxy Man isnt just the easiest boss in Megaman 9 but also the easiest stage, for an average player who mostly played Megaman 2 and 5 who are hell easy It quite surprising to see such difficulty in the stages but Galaxy Man is probably the only stage with Splash Woman stage where I've reached the boss door without losing a life

MM1: Bomb Man (Jump, Throw, Jump, Throw)
MM2: Heat Man (I find Bubble Man and Flash Man to be tricky but Heat Man's easy peasy)
MM3: Top Man (For the longest time, I thought it was snake man but He always lands a hit at me)
MM4: Dive Man (Toad Man's too easy for a pick so I went with Dive Man. His telegraphs take too much time before he can actually attack.)
MM5: Tie between Stone Man and Gyro Man (I would say Gyro Man because if you are unlucky to be at a wrong place at a wrong time, and he used his power stone, you'll likely take a hit so it's Gyro Man as I never took any damage from him.)
MM6: Blizzard Man (Whatever you said)
MMV: Uranus (All other bosses can damage you except this one)
MM7: Cloud Man (Whatever you said)
MM8: Aqua Man (You know MM8 probably has the hardest set of Robot Masters. Even Aqua Man is somewhat tricky)
MM&B: Cold Man (Whatever you said)
MM9: Galaxy Man (Whatever you said)
MM10: Blade Man (If you just walk around, he'll never hit you, but watch out for his slash dash)

    X1: Chill Penguin. Duh.
X2: Tie between Flame Stag and Bubble Crab. Wheel Gator is easy, but it's a long and annoying battle with how he keeps going underwater. You can beat Flame Stag from the wall simply by locking him into a pattern and having good timing with the wall jumps. After he hits half health he'll start rushing up the wall, then it's a matter of simply charge shot -> dash jumping over him. Bubble Crab is very easy to trap in a pattern by trying to jump over him to trigger his anti-air move (which he will use every time, dropping his shield in the process) and blasting him as he lands.
X3: Believe it or not, Crush Crawfish for me. When you realize that the projectiles he sends up the walls can't hurt you, you can simply absorb them, climb back up the wall and wall jump to the other side of the room when he rushes you, which he'll almost always do after firing said projectiles.

My list for the easiest boss fights (runner ups are parenthesized)
MM1: Cut Man; he can easily be described as a tutorial boss (Ice Man; he has a predictable pattern)
MM2: Bubble Man; if you set aside the water physics and spike ceiling, the fight is easier than you think (Crash Man; while he is a fast jumper, his attacks are fairly avoidable. His agility is also a glaring weakness as every time he jumps, he opens himself up to his weakness. That being the weapon you get when you defeat Air Man.)
MM3: Top Man; the same reasons as you described (Spark Man; his modes of attack are similarly easy to dodge. He shoots 8 sparks in 8 easily avoidable sections and on occasions shoot a bigger spark directly at the player's position as of shooting it. This makes it easy to dodge it if you're far away enough. Simply jumping would do the trick.
MM4: Toad Man; all he does is jump around and do a belly dance to make it rain, and not in a good way. (Skull Man and Bright Man; while they can respectively summon and freeze time at their own discretion, they're pretty much the second and third most simple boss fights in the game. All they can do is run, jump and shoot, just like Mega Man)
MM5: Stone Man; he has an attack pattern similar to that of Toad Man, making him about as easily avoidable. The only really difference being that he can jump to your exact location and summon 3 spiraling stones. It's weird on paper, but in reality, he's pretty avoidable if you time his jumps right. (Gyro Man; while this might be more of a controversial pick, I actually have a reason for this. The gyro propellors he shoots at you can be avoided fairly easily and can only change directions once, making him an easy target)
MM6: Flame Man; the flames he shoots are easily avoidable and are fairly slow (Plant Man; his attack pattern is consistent enough to easily memorize an attack pattern. Once he throws his barrier away, try getting up close and personal with him with his weakness)
MM7: Cloud Man; the fact that his weakness is Burst Man's weapon makes his boss fights one of the easiest in the Mega Man history. I would consider it to be the easiest ever, but thanks to Mega Man 1's infamous pause glitch, I couldn't rank him any higher. (Shade Man; while his swooping abilities are no laughing matter, the are surprisingly avoidable. You just have to slide away from him to avoid being grabbed. Also, the sonic waves he generates can easily be slid under and jumped over.)
MM8: Frost Man; despite being the biggest boss in the game and having the hardest level in the game as well as the most unconventional and impractical weapons, the strategy for defeating him is one of the easiest. All you have to do is defeat Grenade Man ahead of time and use his weapon to stun him. (Aqua Man and Astro Man; while they may be a little intimidating, once you get used to their attack patterns and figure out their weaknesses, they're a cakewalk. For Aqua Man, using the Astro Crush will easily stun him. For Astro Man, shooting Search Man's weapon at him every time he gets up will easily make him a goner.
MM9: Tornado Man; this is not from my experiences with the game itself, but rather from my experiences with the popular fan game, Mega Man Maker. The tornados that give Tornado Man his name can easily be avoided depending on where they are. (Galaxy Man; he is the only other Robot Master I found easy throughout the game. His attack pattern consists of him using a black hole to try to get you to take contact damage from him. However, you can easily avoid it as well as his swoops with some conveniently timed runaways and jumps.
MM10: Sheep Man; his attacks are as easily avoidable as many of the other bosses in this list. He transforms into four different clouds and it's your job to find out which one is the real Sheep Man. Even without wasting weapon energy figuring out which cloud Sheep Man is in, he's still easy to defeat once you get the hang of it. (Pump Man; his shield can easily be destroyed by spamming the Mega/Proto/Bass Buster at him. I'd recommend using said Mega/Proto/Bass Buster over his weakness since it happens to be Sheep Man. There's a small chance it might actually hit him. Even if it does, it will only hit him once.
MM11: Torch Man; there isn't much to say that I haven't already said before. He also becomes a pushover if you acquired Tundra Man's ability ahead of time. If you do, simply using it in unison with the Power Gear will defeat him. (Bounce Man; while he is big, he can also be avoided by sliding and using the Speed Gear. He is also unsurprisingly weak to Impact Man's weapon. Using it on Bounce Man will make him pop and send all of his limbs flying. If you avoid the limbs and repeatedly use Pile Driver on him, you're golden.
My list of favorite boss fights based on their appearances
    MM1: Cut Man
    MM2: Bubble Man
MM3: Spark Man and Magnet Man
    MM4: Drill Man
    MM5: Gyro Man
MM6: can't decide between Centaur Man, Blizzard Man, Tomahawk Man or Knight Man
MM7: Burst Man, Spring Man and Shade Man
    MM8: Astro Man
    MM9 Galaxy Man
    MM10: Strike Man
    MM11: Bounce Man

I played MM7 a lot as a kid (it came out not too long before I was old enough to really start choosing my own presents and stuff for birthdays and Christmas, and I was already a big MM fan thanks to 2 and 3 - never had 1, 4, 5 or 6 as rentals in Aus unfortunately), and I'm surprised you put Cloud Man as the easiest boss over Burst Man. I completed it then, and I've completed it many times since, and off the top of my head I'm almost certain that Burst Man has a weakness-style knockback to a charged buster shot, similar to Cut Man getting pushed back by the buster pellets. From memory that knockback made his pattern extremely predictable, and the whole boss fight was cake.
Since then I've done buster only runs and I'd be happy doing any boss as the first, but if I was specifically going for the easiest I'd probably go Burst (though I'd probably lookup what the best order was for the Rush letters as that I can't remember off the top of my head, and why not save stage repeats if you can help it).

If there is a boringly easy fight or a frustratingly difficult fight. I would undeniably prefer the latter. If a boss is difficult, I might have *some* fun defeating him, but he's boring, I would simply not like him.

I can see why people would say Top Man is easiest in MM3. When I play, I run Snake Man first, but that only started after I learned his pattern. Top Man's pattern is a bit easier to catch your first time. After you've played MM3 through a few times, though, Snake Man's movement pattern is really quite easy to maneuver around. He basically just moves back and forth, from one wall to the next. He has to jump to get over the high points on his stage, and he occasionally fires a snake at you. Honestly, if you start off charging directly at him, you can jump over him before he gets to the middle platform. If you prioritize maneuvering around him, he'll be down quickly as long as you take shots of opportunity as he's walking away from mid.

Flashman can also be seen as the easiest because in the rematches, while Metal Man can be downed in 1 hit, 2 if JP, you can beat Flashman in JP with the metal blades without getting hit while standing perfectly still. Every other boss rematch will be able to get at least one hit on you before death.

cover the gameboy games they have a massive spike in difficulty and don't get near enough love in fact those 5 games plus Rock Man & Forte Challenger From the Future are some of the more out there titles with massive difficulty spikes. but to go along with that covering the stranger entries is always a treat. Battle & Chase is a good video topic and if you want to collab on something like that i would love to make a cameo seeing as i have done nearly every Classic title on my channel and did a 24 hour stream of the series.
either way great video my only gripe with it is your pacing you seem super excited you have great energy but i feel like you never gave yourself enough of a chance to just breath but over all great job.

Here is my list for buster/mega buster only(updates on MM11 and Rockman and Forte coming soon):
    1. Fire man, just cheese him (I'm not talking about the pause glitch)
    2. Heat man, even the beggining is dodgeable
    3. Magnet man and Snake man I also consider easy, but you can just spam hard man, he dies. So hard man.
    4. Toad man to no one's surprise
    5. Crystal man if you're not doing a no-hit, Star man if you are.
    6. Wind man, when I first battled him I thought he was the hardest
    7. This might surprise you, but I pick Turbo man. There is a secret on how you're dodging the scorch wheel. I'm not telling you what is it.
    8. Probably sword man, yes you can dodge the stone
    R&F: Cold man for sure
    9. Galaxy man, he's very newbie friendly
    10. Pump man is a pain in the ass, I'm not counting him. Probably blade or sheep man.

"Mega Man 8 isn't too great"
Blasphemy! You clearly weren't listening when Jack Evans was pouring his heart and soul into that beautiful performance as Dr. Light. "We must wecovah all de enogie imedily w-megaman!" And let's not forget Ruth Marie Jarman's heartfelt line delivery. "Bass, why must we fight? We are not enemies!", or "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! *AAAAAAAAAAAaAAaAaAaAAaAaAAAA!* ". Top 10 anime fights.
But also I did genuinely enjoy it aside from astro man's stage. Don't care so much for Wily reusing the same final boss attack pattern 3 games in a row but that's a separate issue.
Also, I love Aqua Man. "I'm Aqua Man, but _you_ can call me hAnDsOmE gUyyyyy~". He sounds like such a fucking dork it's adorable.

I agree with Cut Man.. what Robot Boss gets knocked backwards like that?
Plus, if you use guts man's weapon... Phew.. what a joke.
2.. that's ironically difficult because a majority of them can be taken down easily with the buster. Only one that ever gave me issues was Quick man.. the rest have very simple patterns. Probably Air man because of his really easy pattern and completely random weapon placement.
Gotta say Top Man.. at least hard mans movement attack actually seems you out.

Hmmm... well, I did list mine on the other video. Again, these may not be the easiest, but they are the ones I personally had the easiest times with. And as a bonus, I'll also share which Robot Master I go for first because they sometimes aren't the same.
1.) Cut Man (knockback makes it easy to trap him in a corner) and I usually start with Bomb Man
2.) Flash Man (seems to be weak to a lot of Mega Man's weapons in this game) and I usually start with Bubble Man or Metal Man (mood depending)
3.) Top Man (has the most predictable pattern) and I usually start with Magnet Man (also pretty easy with a fairly predictable pattern)
4.) Toad Man (easy to cheese, though it does take a while) and I usually also start with Toad Man
5.) I find MMV's robot masters to be the easiest, but I think I had the easiest time with Gravity Man (predictable pattern), but I almost always start with Wave Man (also predictable pattern)
6.) Blizzard Man (very easy pattern) and I usually start with Flame Man (makes it easiest to get all of the optional items in one go with minimal backtracking)
7.) I'm not sure I would call any robot master fight in MMVII easy, but I guess I would say Burst Man (predictable pattern), though I usually start with Freeze Man (similar reason to Flame Man, starting with him makes getting the optional items easier with less backtracking)
8.) Frost Man (easy pattern) and I usually start with Grenade Man
R&F.) Cold Man (easy and predictable pattern) and I usually start with Cold Man (because the game practically makes me)
9.) Galaxy Man (easy pattern) and I usually start with Splash Woman (to get Laser Trident earlier)
10.) I also didn't find this game's bosses too difficult, but I had the easiest time with Sheep Man and usually start with him too (shame is weapon isn't better)
11.) I only played through this game once, so I think I started with Block Man because of the demo, but I agree Bounce Man was not that hard

Hot take: I think bomb man is easier than cutman, crash man is the easiest boss in mm2 (he jumps when you shoot him), stone man is the easiest in mm5, and plant man is the easiest in mm6. I know this because I've fought them all WITH ONLY THE BUSTER AND TAKING ZERO DAMAGE. One person I do cite on how difficult a robot master is happens to be the TH-camr Roahmmythril, and I agree with most of his difficulty ratings on the bosses and stages.

  • @sirwolfy9372

MM7: Cloud man and Burst Man are the easiest since Cloud Man is about positioning and Burst Man is about shotting and pray. Junk Man is kinda hard since you have to jump carefully to avoid the Junk Stone Square. Spring Man is not that hard since it is about positioning but is harder than Cloud Man.
MM&Bass: Cold Man and Ground Man are the easiest but Ground Man needs some tries

The OBJECTIVE easiest robots masters list from my experience of MM1 - MM11 (MM&B included)
-- I will NOT be ranking based on boss weaknesses (Especially MM7, MM8, and MM&B), and for MM11 I will be ranking based on the Superhero difficulty and WITHOUT the gear system (PS: I never played MM9 or MM10 on Superhero) --
MM1: Cut Man because it's Cut Man, Bomb Man because so long as you stay close to him, he'll never throw a single bomb; and Fire Man as all you do is shoot, wait for the fire wave, and jump and move a little to avoid to fire residue.
MM2: Crash Man, end of discussion. Just mock is attack pattern by moving in the opposite direction of him, once the both of you are at opposite walls turn with him, jump, and shoot around the apex of your jump. Rinse and repeat. (Mega Man Maker-wise, Bubble Man is a joke above water)
MM3: Top Man due to his ridiculously easy pattern, Snake Man as his pattern is very easy to read, and Magnet Man because it's Magnet Man, though he's a really fun fight when you fight 2 of him at once.
MM4: Toad Man, end of discussion.
MM5: Star Man, Gravity Man, and Stone Man.
MM6: Plant Man because his pattern is very simple and predicable.
MM7: Freeze Man because he's literally a Crash Man, and Cloud Man because it's Cloud Man.
MM8: Frost Man, Astro Man, Grenade Man, and Aqua Man from DC.
MM&B: Cold Man and Pirate Man (when playing as Bass).
MM9: Splash Woman, Jewel Man, and Galaxy Man. (Mega Man Maker-wise, Splash Woman is a joke above water)
MM10: Sheep Man and Pump Man. (In terms of the DLC, it's obviously Punk as his pattern is abusively easy; just jump when he does and shoot. Need I say more?)
MM11: Block Man, Bounce Man, and Tundra Man.

This is cool. Now giving my opinion about the easiest bosses in the Game Boy series (originally called "Rockman World" in the Land of the Rising Sun) The first one ("Wily's Revenge"): Fire Man. Very predictable, and no longer even leaves those small fires on the ground. So he's a real joke. Bubble Man is a close second. Also note that there are no spiked ceilings in this version of the fight. For number II...Metal Man. Very predictable, and he no longer switches the conveyor belt direction. Top Man is also still predictable. In number III...Dust Man, or Gemini Man (although Gemini Man does become a bit more difficult when his "twin" dies) Moving onto IV, the answer is, just like the NES version... Toad Man! Then we move to V, where the only boss to NOT be original is "Dark Moon" (who's a variant of the Yellow Devil), but he doesn't count, as he's a castle boss...ok, space port boss! *laughs* Easiest of the Stardroids? Mercury, if you're quick enough he won't fire his Grab Buster. The biggest annoyance is that he can and will steal items you have with his weapon. Even W and S tanks. Jupiter can also be relatively easy, just avoid his spread shot, and REALLY avoid his electric thing, but he can only be hit when he "dives" with the normal weapon. Actually, Venus is relatively easy, just mind those bubble bombs, and "Bubble Crab Lite" can go down relatively quickly.

    MM1 Cutman. Knockback.
MM2 Flashman. Heatman can loop, buster tedious
MM3 Topman. Game expects you to slide, no-hit Hardman knuckles a problem
MM4 Toadman. w/out RNG, charge shot loops his dance attempts
MM5 Starman. Least Plantman no gravity to dodge barrier.
MM6 Flameman pillar spam or random jumps. Far away, pillar predicting easier
    MM7 Burstman. Buster-only w/out game's weakness stunlock, a chargeshot gives breathing room.
MM8 Frostman. 8's easy telegraphing, ez dodge
    MM&B Coldman. It's Coldman.
MM9 Tornadoman. Just sometimes plugball wont hit
MM10 Sheepman. Even Hard dodging simple
    MM11 Bounceman fun.

I assume you play these on normal because hard difficulty makes a difference for some

if you're skilled enough you can beat Top Man without sliding, and you can beat toad man without getting him to jump by shooting him when his arms go up

My hot take: I started with wood man in 2 and snake man in 3, frog man 4, Napalm man 5

How did you get into Megaman ? You seem pretty young ! My first game was Legends 2 on PS1 I must have been 6 or 7 lol

    • @tooterp
      @tooterp  ปีที่แล้ว

I played Mega Man on an emulator as a baby before I knew how to speak and by the time I was 2 I knew how to control Mega Man and beat the easiest stages (like gravity man and flash man but not much else lol)

    @esmooth919 ปีที่แล้ว

3:06 Even on the Japanese difficulty (difficult mode on the international release), flash man is still the easiest robot master to defeat with the plain old dude. Metal man is not the easiest to defeat with the megabuster, but it's possible.

Idk why the f*** M&B isn’t included in the collections. It’s ridiculous. Easily one of the best in the series. Easily !

@Tooterp About the part where you talked about Toad Man’s rain dance glitch, do you know what Mega Man game that was from?

    • @tooterp

Megaman 4 😎 under rated one imo

Oh I think it was an Undertale edit I found on Twitter. The account that makes those toadman memes is @ToadmanDancing on Twitter

Hard disagree, cutman can be tough, Bomb man is incredibly easy.
I think Flame or plant might be easier, too, I always start with him, and plant is pathetic
Also, Bounce man's stage was the 2nd hardest after Acid in my opinion, and Tundra is easily harder imo

    • @tooterp
      @tooterp  2 ปีที่แล้ว

I respect your opinion but I'm confused at how many people think cut man is hard lol, bomb man is def easy but I feel like cut man was designed to be the easiest

Fire Man is leagues ahead of Cut Man in difficulty. As long as you have full health (So if you're not on your last life) you don't even have to dodge. You can stand there and pelt him with buster shots and he will die.
Would still say Heat Man just because he's so abusable.
    HELLO MAGNET MAN
    T-O-A-D T-O-A-D
I personally say this one is gonna be either Star or Gyro.
Wind Man is easy. Also it's "Ya-mah-toh."
I find Burst to be easier tbh. Also the 4 and 4 thing was first done in the Gameboy games, which I'm kinda sad this didn't include Rockman World 5 since the Stardroids are unique Robot Masters. Obviously the answer is Mercury but still.
Mega Man 8 it's Frost Man. No question.
Captain Cold Once again no Challenger from the Future, but I'm gonna not mention that since I can't beat it myself.
Galaxy Man is my pick tbh.
Sheep or Nitro, to be honest.
    Yeah Bounce is easy.
