There's been alot of megaman romhack videos, but not one of them mention Rockman CX. It's pretty new but it's crazy so many people missed it, it does stuff I thought impossible for romhacks. You can call in Quickman and PLAY AS him for the level, the boss Cheatman switches healthbars with you when he's low, there's a Castlevania 3 stage where you play it again in reverse with Quickman, and the final boss plays like Yoshi's island final boss. It's nuts.
Cheat Man was actually featured as a Tier Boss for world 6 in Make a good mega man level 2
also it has Serious from Mother 3 in its soundtrack so

I would disagree, enemies, and ESPECIALLY bosses are extremely difficult to edit in romhacks, and that's where a lot of the Mega Man appeal comes in. If you play ten different Mega Man 2 hacks, you've essentially fought the same bosses ten times each.

I'm surprised that you didn't touch on the "Mega Maker" game... It is a fangame that basically is Mario Maker, but Megaman! It even has online compatibility, where you can play and upload other levels, just like the Mario counterpart! If you get the chance, I think you should really check it out. It is being constantly updated, and is really well done!

Mega Maker sees itself as a fangame, not a Romhack. He said in the beginning that this will exclude Fangames, so my guess is he thinks so too.

I've actually followed updates for Rockman 8 FC for a very long time and tinkered with 7 FC mods (they stopped developing Rockman 7 FC around 2009 I think, releasing the final build), and it seems like the crew behind those games *_did_* make sprites for the entirety of Rockman & Forte (Megaman & Bass), but they said they're not planning on turning them into actual games. The only reason I know about its existence is that I went out of my way to try and find sprites to add into Rockman 7 FC mods.

Cutman's Bad Scizzors Day is a hundred times funner than it deserves to be because of how fast you are, and the Wily 1 theme replacing the boss theme is real great.

It's a smart idea to save fan projects for later, seeing as, as of this writing, most either aren't finished yet or currently haven't received their final updates (e.g. Rock Force, Revolution, Shattered Diamond, Quint's Revenge 2).
That said, it's too bad Mega Man 4 Voyage didn't get covered, seeing as it came out next year after this video was made.

Omg you just made my day bro. Mega Man 4 was the 1st rental I ever played and I fell in love with all the stages and bosses. It's my fav Mega Man game with 3 & 2 next in line. That Minus Hack looks so much fun, it's been 6 years since I played a Mega Man game at all!

For the curious, the romhacker that made rockman 4 minus infinity is called Puresabe, he also made one in the same vein as minus infinity but for megaman 7 called rockman 7 EP. He also made some shorter megaman X ones to celebrate chinese new year's

MM8BDM is a great choice.
DOOM 2 mod with countless maps, pretty much EVERY SINGLE robot master weapon can be used and they're pretty balanced, a lot of challenging bosses, and even multiplayer (never actually got to use it though since i have absolutely no idea how DOOM 2 works).
Thanks for putting yourself through such misery for us during the holidays.

i fought bond man on megaman 11 what you have to do is beat both acid man and impact man then do the konami code both forwards and backwards then input all supers in street fighter and then you will hear a squishy sound and you will be in bond mans stage his weapon can beat all bosses

Can I ask you a question? How did you start?? How did you end up getting as large as you have? I've only made a few videos... And only 2 that are good lol. But it's so frustrating to think you could work really hard and no matter how many videos you make, and end up no where. Like.. when you started, what did you do to get the word out?? The idea of making a video and then having a community to talk to about it when your done just.. feels nice.
