I bought myself a jig saw, a staple gun, a chop saw, and a sander! I watch you everytime you work with wood for sure. But I still struggle. Practice, practice. I have a ton of wood, and even more ideas. Covid left me with terrible short term memory loss. I forget how to use them every time, but I just get out the directions and keep on trucking! Thank you for inspiring me! 🤎💛

I must share something with you. You have brought me to tears on a number of occasions when you created very sentimental family oriented diys . (The fish plaque in memory of your cousin and the diy with the handwriting of a relative). Well I made one too. I lost my firstborn son to Leukemia many years ago when he was 7. Before he passed away he went to a special camp for children with Cancer. There he won raffle tickets with which he was to pick a prize for himself. Instead he chose a necklace to bring home for me! It has been in my jewelry box for 30 years. You inspired me to make something nice to have sitting out so I and others could see it all of the time. I took a shadow box that I had, hung the necklace inside, pasted a photo of the two of us from the time he was ill and printed the words FOR MOM and the year. It’s really nice. If I brought you to tears, we are even!

Natalee!! You brought tears to my eyes. What a wonderful idea - to flip a home for someone in need. I will be cheering for, praying for and eagerly watching your progress in this endeavor. Way to turn a DIY show into a show with a humanitarian purpose. So proud of you but I must say not surprised - You are a class act. HUGS!!

Love your videos so much...like sitting with a friend. I will never do any of the DIY's because I am not that good at that stuff but love seeing your finished projects. You are so talented and we all admire you! As a single mom with a son with special challenges who will be with me for a long duration I am looking to move into in a space that helps him feel like he is living independent without being full on independent if makes sense. I am slowly trying to declutter the past 20 plus years of stuff in case the right place shows up in our life. Watching you renovate for someone may help the rest of us in case that is a new journey one day for many of us. Keep up the good work!

Because of you I learnt how to patch holes (we have a rental) and even the fun arch, under the catch side table or decor for the house. You even built a fire place!!! You really give everyone inspiration. And your smile and general happy attitude is amazing. Thank you always

You never cease to amaze me. I love your Design 911 idea and the fact that you want to renovate a home for someone who needs it just shows how amazing and selfless you are. This is such a great thing and I know God will honor your dream. I cannot wait to see where He takes this. I loved your fall diys today. Best fall ones I have seen. They are so high end. I loved the three hydrangea floral pieces with the pumpkins. They turned out beautiful and I think will definitely be one I will do. Also both of the pillows. Wow! These looked better than any I have seen in any store. I really mean this. Absolutely beautiful! And of course the pumpkin cutting board. Love! I think I have figured out how to get you more subscribers. I have noticed that TH-camrs with a lot of likes on their channels seem to get recognized more thus ending up with more subscribers. So everyone please like this channel. Let’s try to get this channel to 10,000 likes and more! Natalee deserves to have way over one million subscribers so let’s get these for her! I love to sew! Such a lost art form. I've been sewing since about 7 as well, as soon as my mom was comfortable that I wouldn't sew my fingers! 😜😍 It really is so easy to make so many things. I've been sewing over 50 yrs and I still don't do zippers or jacket tailoring, but I've made tons of curtains, pillows, totes etc! Great video! Always inspiring. Thanks!

@@reneeschiffler4228 🤣 this made me laugh!! Love this response! ❤ I probably need a video on "How to get over your irrational fear of installing zippers!" Button holes don't scare me, probably because I haven't done any in years, but I admit...velcro is my friend! I used to make alot of costumes revamped from thrifted garments that look similar, so mostly just refitting required. I'm currently making "zipless" 🤪 travel packing pouches. Work smarter not harder! Or maybe I'm just a just lazy Daisy gets er dun easy peasy kind of gal! Thanks for making me smile!

Love your spirit - I get so emotional watching your videos. From happiness at your creativity and seeing it all come together and giggling along with you and your humour, to feeling quite choked at your closing "You are more powerful than you know". It sound silly but it means so much to hear that and even though I know its more for the power tools side of things, it can also be understood from a 'pick me up' place and its so lovely to hear.
Whoever has you go help them, my gosh they will be so lucky. I am a bit far out being in Wales, but still looking forward to what you do and how you expand your goals :) Good luck and thank you

First of all, I’m planning on making the pumpkins and the pillows. Thanks for the printable. Classy and high end looks. I love your new idea: Design 911 !!! There are so many things we ladies want to do but we either don’t know how, can’t get decent, reliable help, husbands who don’t want to or don’t have time to assist us. And we single ladies are tired of being taken advantage of. I’m hoping these 911’s will be videos in the future. I’m excited to see what’s coming up and all the 911’s . The building of the house is such a kind and generous mission. Love it!

I loved the Fall pillow and I can't wait to try that! Sometimes the most simplistic ideas turn out to be the most beautiful!
I think your dream of renovating a home for someone in need is heroic! There are so many directions you could take. Senior citizens are often the most in need and many have very little income. They are also affected by medical conditions that limit their income even further. Also, wounded Veterans are another group that need special accommodations and have very limited finances. Just a couple of suggestions to consider.

LOVE the design 911 Idea! Another thing would be basic instructions on how to use power tools. I just go a hand-me-down jig saw from my uncle after he upgraded. We live in different states, and I have no idea how to begin! I know it sounds basic, but once I get comfortable, I'll off and running. You could do an episode on each tool and do a one or two projects using that tool going slowly on how to use the tool. I also tried to use the circular saw my dad got my "husband" and that was a disaster! I am missing something. Haha! That would emPOWER us so much!!!

I love all of your projects! I also love that you are helping people, especially with your big dream. Too bad there's nothing like that here in Wisconsin. I live with my dad & take care if him. Last year we found out he has dementia. We all thought he had a few years before he would have to move to the nursing home, but it has progressed very quickly, and we've decided that he will be moving in next month. Two of my daughters fell upon hard times, and had no place to stay. I invited them here, so that I had help cleaning and getting everything ready for the move, as well as making the house & the property presentable for selling. We have been working hard on getting everything done, but they still have no jobs (they have been applying nearly everywhere), so we will have very little money for moving ourselves out. We all want to live together, me, my daughters, my daughter's kids, and their boyfriends. We've been looking, but either nothing is available, or it's way out of our price range. We still have till the end of September, but it's going to be a miracle if we find a place and can afford to move in. I just hope you will be able to help someone in a similar situation. I think it's great what you're doing, and YOU are more powerful than you know!

You are an amazing lady and a great inspiration. I will continue to keep you in my prayers and watch your videos to see where God leads you. I now own and use a jig saw, band saw, sander, and drill. It is exciting to see the items that are in my home knowing that I made them. Btw, I am 71 years old. lol Thank you for the encouragement.

Love all the DIYs and I’m so excited for your new series! I will be sending you pictures of my 2 story condo that has a waterfront view with an upper deck and lower patio. It was built in the 70s and hasn’t had much updating. My plan is to update, it top to bottom, room by room. It has so much potential to be stunning, but I need a reno buddy that can visualize design and help me put it together! I love power tools and will be investing in more to accomplish this project. You could take this place and together, tackle it over time. I’m in MS, but we could do it virtually I feel sure. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to work with you, you’re so amazing, thoughtful and give off the best energy and positivity!

💖.. just 💖 because I don't have the proper words to explain what an angel on earth I think you are. That's truly amazing. I almost didn't watch when it said ikea because I don't even know how far I'd have to travel to get one but SO glad I did. My thought was maybe I can get inspired & use different items & sure enough...
But the biggest reason I'm glad I clicked was your announcement(s). You made my day to know there are still wonderful people in this world.

Fabulous crafts, especially the Fall pillow!! Definitely looks high end. Really appreciate that you see! I’ve seen since I was 10-my mother taught me. I know everyone can’t sew, but it’s refreshing to see something made on the machine vs a glue gun. Hand stitched letters with embroidery thread would also look nice.👏🏾👏🏾

I loved your announcement. As for helping a family in need, you have so many options. You could either go it on your own or pair with one of the many and various non-profit organizations that help people. It could be something as simply as renovating a bathroom or kitchen for an elderly or disabled individual making it more accessible and functional for them. You can find a project then go to one of the big box hardware stores (Home Depot, Lowes, Menards ir Ace) and ask for help with the supplies and possibly manpower. Most work within their local store community areas. Sounds like an extremely worthy wish.
Loved your designs today. I never thought about using one cutting board to make another one in a different design. Loved the fall pillow. Since I have limited storage space, I most likely would have done an "envelope" style so that I could change the cover seasonally. The pumpkin pillow was genius. Never thought about doing one that way. Thanks for the inspiration.

I loved everything you did here. The pillow was my favorite. So I can't wait to see what you can do for someone in your area of Florida. I think they will be so excited. I did this for a mother of two young girl's that my daughter baby sat. They came to are house when my daughter wanted to swim with them and they always said how pretty are house was and my daughter's bedroom. So my daughter's and I redid the girl's bedrooms and they loved it. For us it was such a gift to see the smile on there face's. As far as one day redoing a hole house I say go for it. You are very creative.

Love the 911 idea. You definitely have a calling. Not all 911s are big enough to require your attendance, just your input. You have inspired me think outside of the box on several projects that had fizzled out. I am changing a needlepoint of my Mother’s from a footstool to a framed picture. I could see what I wanted, but couldn’t find the right frame after searching many antique and thrift stores. When I thought I had found “it”, the frame needed lots of work to make it accept the needlepoint. So now I am refinishing the frame. 😆
