  • Dive deeper into the enchanting seaside town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea, a place where Victorian history spills onto the beautiful North Yorkshire coast.
Take a (fire-free, for now!) journey on the UK's second-oldest cliff tramway, a funicular railway that's been climbing the cliffs since Victorian times. Though it's currently undergoing repairs after a recent fire, its rich history adds to the charm of this unique coastal town.
Stroll along the iconic Saltburn Pier, the last survivor on England's north-east coast. Stretching out over the sea, it's the perfect place to soak in the salty air and admire the dramatic coastline. But Saltburn's magic goes beyond its iconic landmarks.
Wander through charming streets lined with Victorian buildings, each one whispering stories of the town's rich past. Explore independent shops, indulge in delicious fish and chips, or simply relax on the golden sands and soak up the sun. Whether you're a history buff seeking Victorian secrets, a seaside lover yearning for fresh air, or an adventurer craving hidden gems, Saltburn offers the perfect escape.
But Saltburn's magic goes beyond its iconic landmarks and charming streets. Calling all surfers! Saltburn boasts a fantastic surfing scene, making it a haven for both beginners and experienced wave riders. The unique pebble beach creates gentle waves, perfect for learning to stand up on a board for the first time. Experienced surfers can catch some great rides too. Whether you're carving up the waves or taking your first tentative steps on a board, Saltburn's beautiful coastline offers an unforgettable surfing experience.
Join us on a journey beyond the movie and discover the REAL Saltburn-by-the-Sea. Subscribe for more coastal adventures!

Thanks, most UK resorts were built in the mid Victorian times, and slowly most have been redeveloped to modern places, this one hasn't
