      Nothing means more to me than reading a comment like this. It nearly brought a tear to my eye because I know exactly how you feel. Sending you love and forgiveness my friend. This “giving ourselves the freedom to suffer” is what I call the ultimate forgiveness. Giving ourselves the freedom for all experience to take place as it is. Have a beautiful day 🙏🌅

    The true nature of an Experience can not be conceptualized. It can
    only be experienced.

    so we should embrace all these negative emotions/suffering? just observe it?

    • @sajafendel
      @sajafendel  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It’s not about observing it, just fully let it happen. Observing it for what cause? Observing emotions doesn’t free them. Freeing them frees them. I believe we all have the ability to give ourselves this freedom without effort. Give it a try. And whatever you do, don’t do this in attempt to get rid of your suffering. Make it genuine. Do it out of love. Do it out of compassion. Do it for no reason at all. See what’s leftover when you try.

      @f4llenstarr หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@sajafendel so just accept whatever bad thing/suffering comes our way like it’s part of our journey of life? Like the good is also?
      Just accept it instead of trying to change it?

    • @sajafendel
      @sajafendel  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@f4llenstarr first it’s necessary to recognise the nature of your mind. If you don’t, you will suffer for the rest of your life and happiness will always be conditional.
      What I’m sharing here is really the final final cigar after you know and feel yourself to be absolutely consciousness and the source of happiness itself

    I think I know what you're TRYING to say here. I think it stems from Buddhist philosophy and whatnot. I've heard it explained well before, but you're honestly just not explaining it very well. Try to use examples and maybe quote the people you're referencing so you can convey your message better. Because right now, it comes off as "the secret to ending your suffering is to suck it up, don't worry about it, do nothing, etc." Which i assume isn't you're intention. I would normally troll in the comments section, but it looks like you're just trying to get this channel off the ground, so good luck. Just some honest feedback.

    • @sajafendel
      @sajafendel  หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Thanks man. This isn’t what I’m referring too though. Infact it’s not even close. Thanks for the feedback though. I understand how it could easily be misunderstood. This message is for a particular audience.
      This is only in reference to those who have recognised their true nature. Who know they are the inherent freedom they seek.
      Only then does this make sense. I’ll make that more clear in future videos. I know that 90% of people that see this though will understand the level in which it is spoken.

    • @OBVictor
      @OBVictor หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@sajafendel Fair enough. I still think it's a good idea to try to use an example (or some kind of metaphor) whenever speaking about things so abstractly. Otherwise, the message could get lost. Keep it up, dude.

    If consciousness is happiness then why should.i give myself the freedom to suffer. Why should consciousness give itself the freedom to suffer, if it is not suffering. How can something that is happy suffer. . isn't that a contradiction. Why should something that is happy give itself the permission to suffer.
    To say consciousness is happiness and to say consciousness should give itself the freedom to suffer is to assume that consciousness can suffer and that's a contradiction because you said consciousness can not suffer, because the essential nature of consciousness is happiness.
