if i had to move into that apartment i wouldn't change a thing about the furniture,all the pieces are beautifully set out very minimalistic & homey.

both apartments are really beautiful.. the first one is more spacious but the second one is more beautiful, it looks very homely and cozy, and it's decorated better, the colours just blend together perfectly 👌🏾

I don’t understand. He just said it’s an up and coming area with high demand and limited supply. But in the next breath he said it’s a buyers market and sellers won’t get a good price. The second statement contradicts the first one. Which is it?

Those bedrooms are horrible! The “master bedroom” is the size of a shoebox. The second bedroom looks like a dark walk-in closet. Plus the master bedrooms en-suite bathroom should have the tub. Not the 2nd bedrooms (which is basically a guest bathroom) very poorly laid out
