Can you provide a list of luxury condos in Cape Town?
How many days a year will the outdoor space be usable without wind?
We stayed there for a few days and it was usable throughout
Great Video - coming from the perspective of a project manager in the building industry the finishes in this Apartment are not up to scratch especially if some one is expected to lay out R 36 000 000.00
Facade for the Elevator Block house is uneven and just painted - they could have done a better finish or even Hulabond clad it
The casting on the underside of the soffit is un-finished and still has left over concrete which has just been painted over
Deck planks are uneven and some are at different heights - on this spec you would think they would use a concealed fixing
No Tile trim used on ends of some finishes. the stairway up to the Jacuzzi is not symmetrical and the interactions of the finishes are an after thought - I am not even halfway through the video and I see these issues - I'd hate to see what I would pick up if I actually walked the site... Just saying
Beautiful interior but I still prefer the penthouses at V&A waterfront

The price is crazy indeed
White people built both those cities. But they were boycotted into stopping the construction of THEIR nation in Africa. Now that it is a black nation it shows and will only decay. White's don't want to invest in what will just be stolen from them. Very different to arrive where no one was and a build nation from nothing. As opposed to immigrating to the constructed civilization. Blacks saw the shiny buildings and drew near to them. Instead of learning or advocating to build their own, they only wanted to occupy what others had constructed. That is why joburg will never blossom beyond what it is. And any 'new nice suburban areas' will be predominately White still. Because we invest in our own. So while your hope is high, but it's not a shame any black should feel.
