I've surprised my partner from Germany with a weekend in a similar camps bay villa, it was 2 years ago. Till this day he says this is the best area he has ever been to despite traveling all over Europe, the US and New Zealand. We both smile when we think of our stay in camps bay

This house is STUNNING ! The glass front door let's it down a bit, but everything else is so perfect, I can forgive it🤣. Perfection is boring. It's the little flaws that provide character. It's not staged very well. They need to invest about 1,000,000 ZAR in furnishings.

Please invest in a Lavalier Microphone. It'll cost you less than R3000. For this type of work though, your sound has to be impeccable. Apart from that, you do a great job. I've watched a number of your videos.
Thank you! We typically use a lav mic but after our CPT trip we unfortunately picked up that the mic was damaged. Taught us a lesson to always check that everything is working beforehand
