I already live here and bought a house for 259,000 in 2016. I had a down payment and my interest rate is 2.5%. Glad I’m not house poor and this home will go to my kids. 1250$ a month for my mortgage. People will pay for what the believe to be quality but in the end it’s all the same. In this area it doesn’t matter where you live. However it depends on if you can afford it.

@@catherineoneill8260 I love that plan of giving it to your kids. Hold on to that property forever.

I’m so glad I have an interest rate under 4%.

This isn’t the end of the housing market. It’s the beginning. You talk as if you like the prices to be over valued. I hope rates to go 100% so people have to lower prices to their real values.

The way to end inflation is to end the counterfeiting. Money creation without product creation is inflation. Make investments to survive.

Whoever says housing market won't crash in 2024 is simply creating fomo in buyers.

We will see. I've been hearing every year is going to crash since 2015.

Hello. Does it mean if i goes with fixed 8%; the 8% will stay for the rest of the loan term (30 yrs)?

The loan interest rate would stay at 8% for the whole term unless you refinance in the future to a lower rate. @@nguyentung8697
