But do have a routine kinda like this but a little more movement but not to much because it weigh 205 but I have muscle too so I'm not that big mostly in my thighs and stomach but I want to burn fat and lose some weight because I like moving around I don't get tired but I also don't like to much extreme exercise but enough where I do a decent amount of moving
