Awesome review! This looks perfect for my 5 y/o autistic son who doesn’t know how or care at the moment to ride a bike. Help me get out and some exercise also
Luv the design,, had the same kind of idea in start 90ies,, just didnt have the balls to go that way in business back then,, keep on dreaming and designing 🤓🤩❤️
It should not feel wobbly. Can you pinpoint where the wobbling is coming from? Are you using the right shim over your seat post? The trailer should have come with 6 different shims for different diameter seat posts.
How bumpy is it for trail use without shocks and suspension? Is it unbearable for the rider? Do you get a lot of complaints? This was originally suggested to me as one of the better options for off road biking
At three years old, they might be just able to reach them, but by four they should be able to solidly reach the pedals. (For the average kid) the Blat model doesn’t have pedals, but has platforms that are closer and easier for shorter legs to reach and rest on them.
The mud guard on the mounting arm helps a lot. With a child sitting so low to the ground, they can get dusty on looser dirt trails. Many of our testers prefer wearing sunglasses to keep any dirt out of their eyes.
While this has never happened to us, yes, there is that potential. There is a small fender on the Wehoo's towing arm behind the bike's rear wheel to help prevent this, but in an open situation like this, it's certainly still possible for debris to hit the child.
It is a bummer! We had it on our Santa Cruz before we upgraded to the dropper. However, the newest Weehoo Boost does work with a dropper post, but we can never find them in stock.
oh my goodness that kid is adorable!
Good vid. Love ours. We’re in the Uk so have the roof and all-round cover to save my daughter from debris, mainly mud and the wind in the Winter 😊
How old is your daughter. My son is 7 so I wonder would this work for him?

Hahaha, if only!
What happens to the child's feet if they fall asleep? Do they drag on the ground?
If your child was tall enough they could. Our tall 2.5 year old’s feet just dangled. But certainly something to be aware of!
The pedals have velcro straps to secure the kids’s feet to the pedals.
We got 2 last summer and love it
They are the best!
Hey, just bought one for my child and I have noticed a wobbling when riding. Is that normal??

@@Twowheelingtotsbikes the shim fits perfectly. It wobbles in both connections. Where you put those pins.
I would contact their customer service if you feel it wobbling while riding. I've never had that issue.
Just got one, would be nice if the seat had shocks
It really would! We've wished for the same!

At what size the kid can touch the pedals ?

Any mud/grime getting thrown on the child? Seems like it could need a mud flap behind the adult's rear wheel.

Is there danger of debris from rear tire hitting the child especially on unpaved tracks?

not an option for 34.9 dropper posts sadly

Can't help but think it needs a roll cage.
This or a burley bee for a 3.5 year old?
This will offer more room for growth. It has an 80 pound weight limit while the Burley Bee only has a 40 pound per child weight limit.
Is this an ad?
Nope. Our personal experiences.
