Perfectly Steamed Purple Sweet Rice (Qhia Cub Mov Nplaum Ntshav)

How to naturally and perfectly steam purple sweet (sticky) rice with rich and flavorful sweet taste. After tasting this you will NEVER go back to using food color again to dye your purple sweet rice.
APPLE Brand: Sweet Rice (fancy). You can use any brand you like.
Black Rice - dye agent, you can use any brand you like.
(NEVER use food coloring to dye your sweet rice. That's rice adulteration and it make the rice extra sticky and it tastes terrible)
Using measurement cup for the electric rice cooker.
1) 6 cups sweet rice, wash and drain 3 times, set aside.
2) 1.5 cups black rice, do not pre-wash, boil in 3 cups water to extract purple dye.
3) Take off heat and let it sit for 5 minutes to cool down and add 3 cups of cold water to cool.
4) Pour cool purple black rice dye into the large bowl of pre-washed white sweet rice, let set to soak for 6-8 hours or overnight.
5) Steam, once steam rises, set the timer for 30 minutes.
6) Spread steamed purple sweet rice on a non-stick surface to cool the rice. Once cool package and enjoy.
7) After 24 hours rice will naturally be cold and harden, reheat rice in a microwave before serving.
