Arduino Parking Lot ( The Making )

- Combining an Arduino with a 7 segment display and a RC servo motor a Parking Lot with "Available places display" is simulated.
The sensing of cars is done using cardboard and aluminium foil.
Internal pull-ups of the Arduino (ATMEGA328) was used in the sensing switch pads.

(Arduino) to the one of the Vcc pin on 7 segment for supplying power to the LED.
what wires are you using? i have only some not flexible jumperwires, but i need them of your Video because they are great for soldering. maybe someone can help me, thanks!
are you using common anode display or cathode display?

hola.. amigos muy buen proyecto me gusto bastante. yo necesito ayuda para poder saber como mas o menos crear un control de estacionamiento que sea tipo los que se encuentran en un mall osea hacer la maqueta con sus estacionamientos y en cada espacio para aparcar el coche tener 2 led una roja que indique que esta ocupado y una verde que indique que esta desocupado y pienso colocar sobre la parte de abajo un sensor podria ser de movimiento creo para hacer que la determinada accion de mostrar sin un estacionamiento esta ocupado o no ahora si me ayudan con decirme que materiares ocuparia se los agradecería mucho.

The aluminium switch pad is a great idea, shoud be hard work to do this amazing stuff with arduino :)

FYI, there are 2 types namely: common cathode and common anode.
Try with both .

Appreciate effort and etc. but what is the point of barrier if it lets any car through
David divad its the ideas that count and you can develop and adjust the code and set up to your taste. as you can see it not like that carpark have 2 lanes for in and out either, lol
