    I ran to look in my dishwasher when you showed the salt dispenser , alas, mine has none! We're in the USA. Loved the video anyway, I did get good tips!

    Yes, but how do you set the water hardness setting. It doesn't say on the Quick guide or any other documents that came with the machine or downloaded after scanning the QR code on the machine. Pretty important information Hotpoint?

    The instructions say add rinse aid when the rinse aid light comes on. When might that be? During a cycle? It’s not yet lit up after a few first time washes.

    I guess that dishwasher didn't come with a funnel to help pour the salt in :)

    I couldn’t find how many times my dishwasher rinses. Manual doesn’t have that information. I have hotpoint inverter.

    Confused. Our salt isn't granules it comes in a small about inch in diameter flatisb square compacted shape. So how are we meant to use those? Do we put them in the same place he put the salt granules in or in the little door on the main dishwasher door? We just bought a huge bag from Amazon but there are no instructions. Do we just use one of the little squares or a whole load? Nowhere in the internet can I find an answer.

    How to set the level of rinse aid if I have electric/on panel regulation? According to manual I should turn on, turn off, 3xP, turn on and then setting the level is available - but in my dishwasher nothing happens, no beep sound, after pressing P for 3 times. Please help

    • @jacqueslerat3499
      @jacqueslerat3499 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yep! And mine didn't come with a manual, only the quick start guide. Nothing about how to set it in the downloadable documents either, they are just copies of the paperwork blurb that came with the machine.

    Just bought a slimline dishwasher from you. First wash goes wrong because at the end of program 5 (27min) i took out the dishes wet. Does this dishwasher dry the dishes or not? Model No: HSFO 3T223 WKUKN

    On the manual it doesn't state to use dishwasher salt in the section to fill salt, so I used fine kitchen salt. It's only in the section to set water hardness that they mention to use dishwasher salt. WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW as it says it can damage the machine. Beside, on my manual it stated to first fill the salt réservoir with water, this video and other I've watched don't mention filling water first, very confused

    How often does salt need topping up? We’ve had our first ever dishwasher for 2 months and it’s never had the salt light come on yet?

    • @malindacardoso
      @malindacardoso 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I'm not sure if it depends on how often you use your dishwasher. But ours we need to replace basically on a monthly basis. Ours has a light that comes on when it needs to be filled up. Same with the rinse aid.

    I have a question
    We’re hard water
    We’ve started using fairy platinum plus, they say you don’t need either even in hard water areas (apart from 5% of households extreme hard water)
    So should I use it or just the tables

    #hotpoint After I fill up with salt, do I have to run the machine or just let it inside??

    • @HotpointCustomerServiceUK
      @HotpointCustomerServiceUK  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Anna Bel
      Thank you for your comment. Once you've filled up the dishwasher with the correct amount of Salt you can go back to your normal routine as there isn't a need to run a cycle to let it set in.
      Kind Regards Hotpoint Team
