This is an intense kettlebell workout designed to help men over 40 build strength, muscle, and burn fat. It’s perfect for experienced kettlebell practitioners looking to push their limits with a structured, challenging routine.
The workout begins with a 12-minute AMSAP (As Many Sets As Possible) round. This section focuses on building endurance and full-body power with four key exercises:
    - *10 Kettlebell Snatches per side* to develop explosive strength and conditioning.
    - *8 Split Squats per side* for unilateral leg strength and stability.
    - *6 Clean & Thrusts per side* to target the upper body, core, and legs in one fluid motion.
    - *4 Swings per side* to reinforce hip power and cardiovascular endurance.
After the AMSAP round, transition into a 15-minute EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) circuit. This phase is designed to build functional strength and muscle through compound, full-body movements. Complete the following exercises every minute for 5 rounds:
    - *6 Gorilla Rows* to build upper back strength and improve grip.
    - *6 Jerks (Presses)* for explosive shoulder and overhead strength.
    - *6 Front Squats* to develop powerful legs and a strong core.

First time I saw this on Kettlebell+, I thought they were snatch split squats (snatch to overhead split squat) or split snatches to squat. I was happy that they were merely split squats.

GRS, if this seems like too much, I'd start with the 6 week beginner program here: th-cam.com/video/NCv3xbL9dGU/w-d-xo.html

Pardon my ignorance, is there a rest period after each set of the EMOM or just keep going back to the beginning once finished with the last set?

It's still killing me that you're able to perform this crazy amount of Snatches with that high weight. Specially when I compare that to your body weight 😅

Dude is something else. I'm 83kg, I snatch a 24kg but my biggest problem is grip, I would rip the skin at about 15 reps

It’s a question of technique and conditioning your structural integrity to handle heavy weights. Everybody can do this. 🙏

Mr. Stark! I have a question, please: who invented the term (or system) "Hardstyle Kettlebell"? Was it Pavel? Thank you very much and greetings from Brazil.

Wäre top, wenn es einen kompetenten Kettlebell-Experten in deutscher Sprache gebe. Wenn das hier ein potenzieller TH-camr liest und sich noch unschlüssig ist, bitte bitte mach es auf deutsch.
