Looking super strong Gregory. When I was working with Denis I managed 200 snatches in 10 minutes with 16kg. 172 with the 18kg, but when we got to 20kg I only managed 87 and couldn't make 10 minutes, it was brutal for me being skinny and pretty weak. GS is sooooo much harder than people realize. 10 minutes with any weight is a long time, to work up to 24's and 32's in snatch is real strength, for long cycle or jerks with doubles it's superhuman in my opinion. I love that you're pursuing MS and MSIC and I know you will achieve them both. God bless.
Keep rocking it Greg, love your TH-cam and Skool classes!
Glad you like them!
Been listening to the podcasts do enjoy them great inspiration and interesting
Glad you like them!
@@lebe-stark from the last pod cast do you do GDP separate to your kettbell routines or are they part of your kettbell work outs he said kettlebell training 3 times a week so then you do GDP say twice a week running pushups pull ups in-between those workouts?
GPP is part of my regular routines.
@@lebe-stark gotcha thanks for clearing that up 👍
That music track is fantastic!
Your a good man pen stark and you talk sense RESPECT and your a strong man aswell very surprised at your strength
Suggestion. Camera’s off to the side. This way people can see good form over time from both front and side.
There are some videos where you can see both sides….

This would rip my office worker palms! But I do have a slightly moderate snatch workout on the deck as my next workout 😅 Love the exercise! My next step is 20 kg.
You got this!
Looks like a good way to strain some muscles. Reminds me of throwing hay bales onto a truck.
It's actually the opposite. It strengthens muscles you didn't even know you had.
I dont even want to think in the soreness im gonna feel in my ass, hands and back 😂
nice technique! Are you doing any other sports/workout the same day or is it a solid workout for one day?
It’s my second Warm Up. Afterwards it’s GPP in form of Calisthenics and Double Bell work. 🔥
Are the shoes for sale yet?
My wife is wanting to get me some Christmas stuff.

In pursuing master of sport, is this your only training? How many days a week?
Twice a week Snatch and GPP; once a week GPP only.
Danke für deine Videos! Ist es noch aktuell, dass du die Prokettlebells nach Europa holen willst?
Ja! Wir sind (leider) immer noch nicht da wo wir sein wollen aber wir bleiben dran! 🙏
@lebe-stark super....ich freue mich
Hi Gregory, does your technique change a bit with greater load?
I’ve noticed that when I snatch bigger weight I bend the knees a bit when the bell comes down and then snatch it. Sort of like a hardstyle snatch. For lighter weights I’m probably doing it similar to you.
Yes it does! I also start bending the knees a bit more, due to the heavier load. However, I'm now just following Denis' advice to focus on technique with lighter bells to see, if it positively influences my technique with heavier weights.
I often wonder if there is some weight that is just so heavy that you have to do a more hardstyle snatch (at least in the legs) to lift; even for the pro sports guys. Their weight just might be pretty huge. I feel like you might be able to get more power with more leg bend but you can't do it for longer sets, just like you can't sprint for a marathon. I have no idea for sure though.
Wie schön, ein Gespräch von Dennis V. und dir! Wo kann man es ansehen? Ich finde keinen Link.
Links sind in der Beschreibung.
@@lebe-stark Dort finde ich nichts. 🙄
Schau genauer hin
I ended up destroying the palms of my hands the last couple of times I attempted to snatch (28 KG).
I think I can keep my palms intact with a 16 KG though
Focus on technique, not reps. - Denis Vasilev
Get a pair of gymnastics grips. If you have ever watched the Olympic Gymnastics males and females wear a leather grip on their hands for high bar and uneven bars.
Also, get a pumice stone to file your callouses down so they don't tear.
@@davidwagner9644 Thanks for the suggestions, but I already did that a year ago (the grips). I hate the lack of feel/feedback when trying to snatch with them, and the last time I tried I ended up feeling like I was going to injure myself again (the last time I injured my back doing snatches was compensating for the lack of feel in the grips with sloppy technique)
Doing cleans/presses/squats with them is fine, but doing swings and snatches are not very great for me with the gymnastics grips. At this stage it makes more sense to use chalk for snatches for me when using heavier weights
@@davidchung3923 then file them down daily like I do.
N'IMPORTE QUOI !!!
as always sloppy
Sorry Gregory, but you have lost me with the "Xmas".
You shouldn't feel this way, as a devoted Christian, with a Christian podcast, I can assure you that "Xmas" is fine. Why do I say this? The reason it is shortened to "Xmas", is because the Bible was written in Greek, and "X" is the Greek "C". So it isn't neglecting the faith, merely shortening it, which has become standard practice due to the restrictions of labels in various marketing venues around the world.
He’s not being offensive and he’s a professional
Why don't people refer to college Championship games as Xship games? Championship takes up twice the room that Christ does.@krujuice
@@wraymcclamma4707 Yes, hYES, a professional. But, what does that have to do with it?
seriously? because of a word on the Christmas sweater which, as described in a comment above, is not wrong...?! I'm lost for words...
10 minutes of just the snatch?!? Sounds like a real “exciting” workout. What a dumb workout…
If you’re here just to troll instead of offering constructive criticism, I’d suggest moving along. By the way, you already announced your unsubscription last time-what changed?
Maybe, instead of talking about it, be about it. I guarantee you'll be laid out on the floor at the end like the rest of us the first time we tried it.
What a crap
Don't forget to flush.
