Nasi Lemak 椰浆饭 /辣死你妈，马 来 西 亚 椰 浆 饭

- Nasi Lemak是马来西亚的国菜，椰浆饭在马来西亚与新加坡很常见到的一道美食，用米加椰浆和班兰叶煮成饭，配上传统搭配辣椒酱,小江鱼仔、烤花生、黄瓜、鸡蛋、有些会配上如鸡肉炸鸡、章鱼或乌贼和煎鱼的伴奏。
一般可用普遍锅子或电饭锅蒸煮 ,加入班兰叶,生姜,放入锅里一起煮,也可以加入香茅以增加椰浆饭的香味。
A）蒸煮方法 - Steam method
4~6条班兰叶 - 4~6 Pandan Leaf
4 杯香米 - 4 cups of rice
2 片生姜 - 2 slices ginger
大火蒸煮30分钟 - Steam for 30 minutes on high heat
少许盐 - dash of salt
150ml 椰浆水 - 150ml coconut milk
第2次：大火蒸煮15分钟 - Second： Steam for 15 minutes on high heat
B）使用电饭锅煮法 - Using rice cooker
2 杯香米 - 2 cups of rice
1 条香茅 - 1 lemongrass
1粒小葱头 - 1 shallot
2~3条班兰叶 - 2~3 Pandan Leaves
1 ¾ 杯温水 - 1 ¾ cups of Warm water
电饭锅煮 - Cook with rice cooker
50ml 椰浆水 - 50ml coconut milk
少许盐 - dash of salt
第2次：电饭锅煮 - Second ：Cook with rice cooker
C) 叁巴辣椒酱-Sambal Chilli Sauce
配料: Ingredients
80~100克 辣椒干 - 80~100g Dried chili
6 条红辣椒 - 6 red chili
少许小辣椒 - few bird's eye chili
少许亚参膏 - dash of Asam Jawa
1粒大葱 - 1 pcs onion
5粒小葱头 - 5 pcs shallot
1 ½ 湯匙蔗糖 - 1 ½ tbsp Sucrose
30克 马来盏 - 30g belacan
少许盐 - dash of salt
250 毫升温水 - 250ml Warm water
D) 油炸花生 - Fried peanuts
½ kg 花生 - ½ kg peanuts
120克 江鱼仔 - 120 g anchovies
250 毫升油 - 250ml Oil

好喜歡看安娣的料理❤️，您料理解說很清楚～也很期待安娣示範馬來炸雞，之前在檳城出差，吃飯時間聞到了實在香得不得了的味道，問了工作人員是什麼香味，為什麼我們的便當沒有這種味道，原來是他們外面買回來的炸雞（他們讓我看了一下那個飄香出來的袋子裡，有那個雞皮👍雞翅👍⋯⋯流口水🤤）說是馬來穆斯林做的炸雞🍗！他們知道我是台灣來的，說知道台灣鹽酥雞跟炸雞排很有名，於是就請我試吃了他們馬來穆斯林秘製炸雞，光聞味道已經受不了了，ㄧ吃就更是欲罷不能的，心裡想直接頒炸雞的冠軍獎杯給做這個炸雞的馬來人。😄
