Just a video showing the life and or housing on latch Island in Winona MN. They have their own relaxed culture, and while "not for me", I can respect their desire for a simpler life. And in my opinion, as long as they are not polluting the Mississippi River, I have no issues what-so-ever with this community. The video segments were taken just this Aug. of 2024. If you really listen and watch closely you can envision local author Kenny Salwey or even perhaps Mark Twain sitting on one of the porches, writing their next story!
