I tried it today after watching the video, and it turned out to be good. Used cardamom instead of vanilla essence, ghee instead of oil and eno instead of Baking soda and baking powder because those were the things available. Thanks for the recipe.

Hi, my cake turned a bit bitter , what can be the reason? Two things I did differently used jaggery powder instead of sugar and added it to blender along with banana. I used homemade ghee instead of oil
