My grandmother had 4 cows. And they're allowed to roam the hills in the morning. They form a gang with the neighbors cows, graze the hills and come back home together everyday. They're so smart. They can remember the way home. And when they see a new person like me at home they always charge as though trying to protect the house. They're amazing.
I remember my dad telling me when he was a kid and had to look over the cows (different times, harder times) and the cows in order to go wherever they wanted, you know the bell they have hanging on their neck to know where they are? Well, they would push it to their chest so the bell would make no sound. They are smarter than the average people think, they are cool

My mother has 4 rescue bulls/cows. They are named Russell, Missy, Stephanie and Brian. She got them from the cattle farmer next door. Russell was the first, she found him abandoned on the fence line during a winter storm. He was a few hours old and the size of a large dog. She loaded him into her trailer and took him back to the stable. He’s now a massive steer, like HUGE. The farmer turned up a few weeks later and she thought he was going to ask for him back. She was devastated. She opened the door and the farmer goes “I heard you’ve got one of my abandoned calves… want to take this one too?” And there was Stephanie. And so, she just kept taking them every time he’d bring her a calf. My family moved to a property and she now lives in peace with her little herd. They have been a huge comfort to her, they certainly have personalities and emotions just like that of people.

What a happy bull, thank you for saving him!
This is definitely one of those truly wonderful Dodo stories, thank you all
Animals are only aggressive and standoffish when their environments make them that way. Spud, and every other animal featured on this channel, is proof of that. Thank you for being such a wonderful Moom 💖
No they're aggressive when humans exploit them in farming ....that's why you need to go vegan
@@pompei1968 I couldn't agree more ✊💖
@@nicolefurlan thank you ...and Peace ✌️☮️
@@pompei1968 same to you my friend!
@@pompei1968 I agree with the first part but not the vegan
I now see bulls as friendly loving animals, but in the wrong hands or mating they can and will given the chance harm us badly but at our own faults. Spud is so loving I could play with him all day. Thank you for the great video.
Ohhh...this brings so much warmth in my heart..with tears of joy!!! Laura, your love for Spud and giving him a chance to live with you is something that resonates to my heart.
His eyes are so gorgeous! 😍
Cows and bulls are like gras puppy's just a little larger.
I would love for him to have monthly ball donations.
So sweet and adorable. Lucky Spud. All cows want to live and they value their lives, they have personalities and are individuals. People ask yourselves- why love one and kill the others?
What a great story! I enjoyed this visit with Spud and his life saving Mom! Such a cool fun loving family! So happy his life was spared and he was allowed to actually ENJOY his life with love and fun!
That is so cool. Who would've thunk that a bull was so playful and loving. I love it.❤️❤️
They are, when they aren’t being exploited in stressful, scary environments, waiting to be murdered.
@@tofudoesntscream Exactly! Amazing how that works! Works with almost all animals and especially the poor farm animals which are both the most abused of all and the nicest and most loving at the same time when treated well. Absolutely heartbreaking!!!! Thank God there are a lucky few, like Spud, who make it out alive to loving homes and sanctuaries.
I love Spud❣❣ This young lady is a gem! So happy that you two are together 💖 Great video
Incrédible woman, so touching story !!!
I’ve always thought of cows out in the fields eating, sleeping and pooping but to see that bull enjoying the simple things in life, living life to the fullest, amazing!
Oh! That was the cutest video! Bless that girl and her parents too. I have never seen a bull act like him. They look like best friends.
How darling are they!!!
Hello Sud……….
Spudley would have a grand old time at the beach! What a terrific story. Animals can teach us so very much.
Omg!!!! I love how she saved him from his demise 😔.... Spudley is sooo cute and who needs a friend when you have a ball. This makes me sad because not every cow gets to experience this life because they are just viewed as cows and food, but I can tell you also first hand they all have personalities his was just able to shine. I love it
I remember riding on their back when I was kid. They're so kind animals
You have certainly brought joy to all who come here. I can't stop smiling. Okay, I will watch it again!
This has warmed my heart 😍❤️ he is delightful 😍❤️ and beautiful! Thank you for giving him the life he deserves!!!! 🥰😍❤️❤️❤️
Hello Jennifer………
He's f-ing adorable!! 💞
he is so so cute and adorable
Gosh! The world needs to hear more stories like yours & spud...bless be us all for sharing thankz...
