  • Hey, ya'll! Today's video is YOGA YOU CAN DO IN BED. It's a pretty gentle practice & most people should be able to do it without issues. Feel free to grab a couple pillows to help you out. Be sure to listen to your body & modify as needed. Come out of any postures that don't feel right & take rests if you need to. Let me know how this practice worked for you in the comments.     I still don’t know how you seem to post the exact session that I need when I need it 😮 I didn’t sleep the best last night after being at the ER for a sore & swollen throat 🫤 Still wanted to do my yoga but feeling tired & my hips hurt. This is perfect!! Thank you ✌🏾🧡

    I absolutely love all of these poses ✨🫶🏽✨🫶🏽 I have a pinched nerve/muscle in my neck & right shoulder. needed these stretches. I especially like locking my fingers behind my back and leaning my head on the same side.

    I think doing this routine on your yoga mat was a really good idea because it's basically a little smaller than a twin sized bed. That's great size comparison for people who might have smaller beds or smaller areas. Also, it keeps your own bed and relaxation room private from outside energies 😌

I too did this on my mat in the space in our home where I usually practice yoga because it was 4:30 a.m. when I started your video and of course my husband was still asleep; the precise time of day I like to do my yoga where everyone is still asleep.       Have you try weights? Depending on the muscles that support the spine, working out back muscles and core can make things untighten and feel better. Thats what I have been working on. Yoga is good for that, try some body weight and actual weights too.
