Assume there's not much of a garden front or back. Size is minuscule. Sold Nov 2021 for £545,000. Now a holiday rental. Prices in this part of Norfolk are staggering. Like for many period and character properties anywhere in UK.

This place is teeny tiny. I imagined it larger looking at the outside view. It was a bit confusing upstairs.. do you get to bedroom 2 by going THROUGH bedroom 1?

@@carolinekaplan542 the market continues to be very bouyant here on the coast and Blakeney is a super popular village. It is likely that the market has moved forward since last year, I would say around 5% since we sold Hollyhock.
