Could you explain how you would install an ambient lighting kit in this car?
I want to install at least 2 rgb strips in both door panels and footwell Lighting.
Assuming i got a kit with 1 main and 4 subcontroller.
Would help me a lot :')

Love the diy. Im trying to find tge Subaru Footwell illumination kit tht plug dir3ctly towards the light control switch. Unfortunately here in Malaysia we dont get those acc. 😢😢

Hi this is good to know. Do you happen to have a video where this is located for subaru xv gt model?
Here in Japan (Right Hand Drive) they're usually located under the Dashboard between the steering wheel and the A/C Vent on the side like seen on the video.

@@39gjapan I have not looked yet.. I will know in a few days when I access that area installing a VIOFO dashcam.. I’ll just use fuse taps but would prefer the axis wiring harness as I don’t think you can put fuse block cover back on once fuse taps are plugged in.

@@39gjapan oh good to know.. btw could you suggest a good but basic alarm system for the brz? I am thinking of getting a keypad immobilizer so if anyone gets the keys they still cant start the car.. the only issue is I also would like some impact/shock protection for the car. Interested to hear your thoughts on this..
Also I like how you wrap your tools to decrease scratching panels etc.. thats a nice tip I will be using from now on.
