I own a 2009 Suzuki Boulevard C50T I've owned a total of four different bikes two of them being the same bike because I love them so much I unfortunately got in a wreck with my first C50T but my next bike was another one they're amazing

I know this is an older video, but this seriously just helped me make a decision buying my c90t. I wasn't sure about it when I test rode the bike so i looked for this video and what i was worried about sounds normal. Thank you for what you guys do.

I own an 06 c90 bought 2years ago with 7thousand kms on it.
I bought a Gman bully fuel controller hot plugs open air filter and cobra pipes pair valve delete etc makes for an absolutely amazing fun bike with plenty of power to surprise other bikes off the line. Supercharger next...
I have an 05. Low speed wobble is known on these bikes. Some say swap out neck barrings take care of it. But a friend of mine had one and said its the mag rim on front. He swapped out the mag with a spoked rim and it took care of it. But thats really the only thing I don't like about the c90.

Dude I picked one up today and noticed it at about 55 and 35 then about 30 with a passenger it’s so bizzare I’m getting a New front tire on just to see if it helps

I believe the light feeling of this 800lb bike is due to the fuel tank located under the seat. I love my c90. super easy to handle big boy bike.
And a big girl bike! 😂 I love mine and I also have a C50.
I have a 2005. A great cruiser. I bought it with 6000 km and in five years it reached 157,000 km. In 2014 I visited nearly every capital city in Canada & the U.S. 80 day / 43,000 km. The following year I took it to Europe for 70 days. Last year I had problems with the stator. My mechanic couldn't find the solution. But while it was operational it was a pleasure to ride.
Stator has always been a problem with these bikes. Look up gman industries online and there is a simple fix for it. I think a couple of wires just need to be replaced with a lager gauge and just have the stator rewound by a alternator shop. Have it rewound tighter.
There's a wiring fix, and better stators and MOSFET rectifiers are available to help mitigate the problem.

I believe that is a c90t, and it weighs closer to 700 wet.
The gearbox is clunky up and down, which cannot be designed out. Getting into 1st at the light is always a lottery, so it's good that it has enough torque to easily pull away in 2nd - even with a passenger. I have standard pipes, which also means no head-or-ear aches after a long ride. You'd be surprised just how draining the exhaust noise is, along with the wind noise if you don't have a shield. I love my 2007 Boulevard, which can be a bit dangerous on the AZ roads. Too many stupid cagers texting behind the wheel and not using their indicators.
Might want to check the shifter linkage, bushing, and star gear. Big cruisers usually have some clunk in the gearbox, but I've never had a problem finding first or neutral in mine. I use high-fidelity earplugs, and it's amazing how they cut down on the wind noise but still let you hear what's going on.

My opinion on the loud pipes is that they do allow you to be heard by other drivers which decreases your chances of getting in an accident,that's why I like them especially on my yamaha vstar 950
And you always remember to turn off the engine.
The only drivers that can hear a loud bike are behind the rider. That isn't very effective, but is very annoying to everyone else. It is not the safety feature everyone claims it to be.
@@sekaikage incorrect, or at least not effectively. You won't hear it in a vehicle. That is why a bike can be in a vehicles blind spot going down the road and the cager will not know they are there.

I was driving a van recently and was reminded of the motorcycle in the lane next to me by the pipes. At least in that type of situation I do think the extra sound volume is helpful
I have 2002 Intruder and she weighs in at 830 pounds. They are fun cruisers for running around, but I did a mod 3 upgrade and installed cobra dragsters on it to breathe better.
Yeah, C = Classic, M = Muscle, and S = Standard. So the M90 is the "muscle" version of the C90, with a different appearance and seating stance.

I have an 07 c90 an with windshield an saddlebags an gas tank full it weighed 695 pounds I used a digital scales.
I still have my 06 ct50 but prefer my 07 c90 ,more power higher top end bigger,better.
My pipes have absolutely alerted other drivers to my presence on the road, And with the awful people using their phones these days not only do I ride less, I ride only rural areas.

@@abelsandoval3932 Amen. I really wish there was a harsher penalty to those who do. The car crash rates have gone up roughly 30% country wide since the advent of smart phone, I remember seeing it happen.

has anyone come with the remedy of late clutch grabbing "issue"? I can't find any after-market levers that have a bigger curve. I have tried all 4 settings, even the shortest one is too far for me.
@Ricardo Morin Yeah, I finally got used to it by practicing the "ride like a pro" parking lot training few hours a week. My left hand really hurts lol

i dont think so, i would probably put honda a little bit higher than suzuki, but both are great bikes.

Not really, they're very popular. If it's not selling the price point may be a little high. Lots of low-mileage examples in good condition in the 3-4k range.

How is this bike for a short person?
Not bad. I bought it because the ergonomics are good for tall people (I'm 6'5") but my wife's friend is only about 5'5 and she was able to flat foot it no problem. The seat is very low, as is the center of gravity. It's still a heavy bike to lift off the stand, but as long as you're comfortable with that and the wide tank panels you should be good.
How does this light bike handle the interstate? does it get blown all over the place like my shadow does?
Nope. Very stable at speed.

Can you spend like 30 seconds before shooting the video on looking at the stats? There are no 1500cc touring cruisers under 600lbs in existence. It's wet weight is more like 750lbs. Stop trying to guess shit and spread misinformation. Downvoted.

yeah and when shit breaks, you're gonna SELL the damn bike, cause kawi parts are Outrageous like Honda. Suzuki is Always cheap and easy to fix.
Even the Yamaha 1700 puts this bike to shame. I don't mind paying a little extra for parts if I got a bike with balls underneath me. This thing is about as pedestrian as a yamaha vino.
mrquicky have you ridden a c90? I learned to ride on this bike, brand new in 2005. It's got balls. Huge torque and smooth power delivery. Stock exhaust is insanely quiet, if you like that sort.of thing or not.
Other than a bad stator, the bike ( belongs to my FIL), has had zero reliability issues.
Fast, smooth, reliable and comfortable. Not sure what there is to hate on this for. Not for what they can be bought for.
