Its a long way to travel through Mexico on a Harley Davidson, finally make it to the Guatemala Border crossing and there's scammers there waiting to take my money ! I'm exhausted trying to get over jet lag and coming to the realization that Panama City is a pipe dream, I simply don't have time to ride there to get my bike on a plane to get it to Columbia

Danny , for a successful businessman I don,t know how you can be so FUCKING STUPID . Surely you knew those guys were crooks . No real I.D . All pushing in to be the first to rip you off . NEVER , NEVER ,hand your passport over to just anyone . Those arseholes give good ,honest , hard-working Mexican people a bad name . Bitching about the corners?????? Corners are the biggest thrill to bikers . Maybe you should just stick to the freeways. Maybe instead of whining about the distance you ,ve ridden , plan your ride better and stop after a shorter distance . I would be more concerned about the damaged front rim than about getting a new drone . I used to wait anxiously for your next blog ,BUT , I ,ve decided enough is enough . NO MORE. I,m not just a couch surfer . I have a V Strom 1000 ,a MT 07 HO and an F650 GS BMW which I do ride ,like 1320 km, Townsville Qld to Caloundra ,Sunshine Coast in 16 hours and have travelled extensively overseas, soI do have a few clues in regard to travel do,s and don,ts . Also , no not finished my rant yet . When you travel to these foreign countries , at least try to get the names of towns etc correct . The people of these countries must cringe when hearing you pronounce the names . Anyway keep it up . A lot of people will continue to watch , BUT ,I won,t be one of them .....

Danny should have watched Itchy Boots series when she rode thru South and Central America. Could have learned a lot from her about border crossings.

Yep, she's amazing. Courageous, brave and never complains or whines. I've never seen anything like her. Her videos leave me stunned and exhilarated...so many emotions rolling over me throughout each video.
Don’t ever stop for people unless they’re wearing military or police uniform or have police vehicles… a lot of times in hispanic countries, they will act normal but end up robbing you or ask you to come with them and if you leave, you’ll come back to not having a motorcycle… don’t ever pull over for them.. keep going and don’t slow down. They will move out of your way when you get too close to hitting them. Trust me

@@moregoldmoregold Yep. All the time. Feels like, heart attacks ramped up in the past year like crazy. Got plenty of older aged neighbours who were perfectly healthy and suddenly fell ill this year. The craziest part is that many of them get sick and pass away three months later.
Word has it that "Shadetreesurgeon" and "DaDiplomat" picked up your Harley 2 days ago at Miami Int'l. airport, USA. It looked in great condition for you to continue your journey in the USA East Coast. I couldn't see if you had fixed that big dent in your front wheel , so I hope that you could have done so by now. Now we have a good idea where your latest adventures might happen, so stay safe and enjoy.

I think he meant cos he had been riding them literally all day and it was exhausting. We all know the focus and energy it takes to ride those kind of roads, and I am sure after all day doing it, he just wanted some straights to relax a little.

Looks like you stayed close to Huatulco, my favorite place in Mexico. I try to head there every few years. The holiday inn is actually awesome there. I think about the Mexican club sandwich often. Love that part of the world. Some of the best coffee beans on the planet. I was just in Cancun 2 weeks ago and I'm already itching to get back on a plan.

I had the best time driving in Greece on my Harley great Harley shop I found in Greece Iron Horses. The roads were amazing but the tolls sucked. Athens was crazy fun the coast was breathtaking but dangerous. Food great people nice.
I have a 2000 Road King with 148,000 miles on it and it runs like the day it was new! When a lot of people see it they think it’s new! When I tell them it’s 23 years old they tell me that I’m lying!!

Wow _ Having done Eastern European Boarders before the wall came down, and Vietnam and the Philippines, these guys are known as "Fixers" dont deal with them - get a Boarder/Police/ Immigration Guy el-pronto !! Front low profile tires are the problem, not the rim.
Should be using the ultra tire and rim
Try and find some BW-100 for your electronics … spray clean stuff like sand out safely and avoid repairs in most cases 🤙🏼

Dam i was down in Panama Island Sands and I thought solo sailing in my 32 ft Pearson was rough from the pirates but you got the balls to run that route. At least there's no tolls on the water and 40 gallons of fuel last me almost a month. I loved being in Panama on down to Columbia people are friendly and there foods excellent. Glad your safe. Please get that (front aluminium wheel either fixed or replaced) since that's tubeless having a blowout at your speeds not a good ride. Guatemala and Panama will have repair shops for your road king. I'd rather have it fixed. Because traveling beyond Guatemala there's nothing. But your an adult you know what's best for you, just be safe I'll be praying for you and your bike.
