1-7-21, Seeing this video 10 years after it was posted, I didn't realize smart tv's had been around this long already.
I wonder what this particular Samsung sold for in 2010/2011. I paid $1500 for a regular 52" Samsung in 2007, and present day Walmart is selling 72" smart tv's for $3-400.
Amazing how technology is getting better and cheaper at the same time!
Anyone else remember when 24" flat screens were $3000? Crazy!!

I enjoyed your video, instead of the fast talk or broken English, etc. yours is clear and easy to understand. Thank you!
I do have a question if I may?
I am new to the wireless and Smart TV world. I currently have internet/cable. In one room I have my Internet/Modem with 3 Ethernet plugin's. That in turn has an Ethernet cable going to my computer monitor sitting beside the modem (HP Monitor does not have many of the connections and is high definition as compared to a regular Smart TV). Just on the other side of the wall in another room is my Smart TV. What would be the connections in order to send the Internet/modem signal, through to the Smart TV as a wireless setup? Would I need a transmitter plugin and a receiver plugin? One for sending and one for receiving.?????? I honestly do not understand the equation of how this is set up. If my Internet/Modem is the same as a router, then how are the connections done to make my Smart TV in the other room, compatible to receive the signal from the modem. I guess I am repeating myself here, but just want to be clear in my mind as to the best and safest way to hitch this up to function properly.
What would I need to get to make this connection?
    Thanking you in advance.

If your existing network router is not wireless (Wi-Fi), you'll want to replace it with one that is.
Most "Smart" TVs will have their own built-in Wi-Fi and will just need to connect to your existing Wi-Fi network.

If you already have a home network and broadband internet service, there should be no additional fees unless you exceed some sort of data cap with your internet service provider. You should be able to check with your ISP to see if you do have a data limit or restriction. Feel free to call for additional assistance: 800.315.0030--Crutchfield

@janisir1968 Please accept my apologies for the delayed response. These browsers do not have all the “Plug-ins” that a computer uses to display the rich content that certain websites provide. I’m sorry I don’t have better news for you there. The good news is; most televisions offer applications for viewing specific content like TH-cam, Netflix, HuluPlus and more. In past years, a browser was not always available on smart TV’s. These days, a browser is usually available on smart TV’s including the cheaper models. For additional assistance & personalized recommendations, feel free to contact us directly:

I just got a smart tv aTCL 43 in where are the hook up for cable and enternet.

We do not have any experience with TCL TV's. However, TV inputs are usually on the back of the TV panel. On occasion, the manufacturer will design an external box with those inputs and then the box connects to the TV panel using an included proprietary cable.

That sounds like normal. The Super Nintendo outputs a full screen image while a 2013 Samsung 50" TV is a widescreen TV
