My wife is a broccoli cheddar soup junkie from chain restaurant and at 8 dollars a bowl a couple times a week it gets expensive. I made your recipe Sunday in the Ninja Speedi and she loved it, I did too. Making it was simple, quick and cost less to make a pot than paying for one bowl. Thank you

Wow awesome James!!! that looks fantastic!!! Im going to try it next! I have a question for you seeing as you mentioned the keep warm function on the speedi, if you want to reheat something like a stew how would you do it in the speedi. I would prefer to use the speedi rather than the microwave. Thank you in advance.

I would use sear and saute on high and close the lid. It's fast

Potatoes take about 15 minutes. Depending on the size but you will also have to add more liquid
