I love these quick, simple recipes of yours. I’m not a good cook and I don’t like recipes with many ingredients and many steps. Your methods seem very compatible with my skill level. Thanks!
As an extra incentive for taste, I would recommend adding bacon bits, Walmart sells small bags at a reasonable price of real bacon bits. Also to prevent the potatoes from sticking you could add a tablespoon of oil. It was great that the cabbage was not overcooked. It has been a problem with some of my recipes where the cabbage is overcooked. It is good to have a little crispness I feel and not be all mush.
I learned to feel comfortable using my Speedi watching your videos. Being from New Orleans I found that my crawfish, potatoes, corn and mushrooms were better than any other way I had cooked them
Oh my gosh!! You must be reading my mind. I had watched your video of the Cornish hens earlier today and wondered about cooking cabbage in the Ninja!! Looks good!! Thank you !! Can't wait to try it. 😊
Hi james....just got my speedi,i already had the foodi.....how long would i need to put on steam with potatoes & veg in a chicken stock please ? Im guessing 12 minutes ? Absolutly love your videoes by the way 👍

Lol. Well my next video you should like. Coming out tomorrow.
As a southern gal, I would add sugar, olive oil, sauted onion and bell pepper .
