Awesome Rick I was hoping you would use the Speedi for today's video after I ask you the question about what machine to buy yesterday! I have another question though - if I wanted to create a silver foil pouch and put some vegetables in the pouch maybe with some peeled potatoes and float the pouch in the water and then put the rack over the top of that and put a burger or breaded fish or something on the rack above and cook it all at the same time what would I set the Speedi on and would it cook it ok?
