I got one yesterday, and took it out to our wildlife refuge. It wouldn't stop hitting the nickel mark of 43 so I dug down to 4 inches and got some rocks. Don't know what kind those are, but it does in fact have some shiny looking stuff on it. Its not gold, but silvery looking. Very interesting I should find that on 3 rocks in the same hole!
I use the AT-Pro and AT-Max but ordered this machine after watching this video. I thought it might be a good gift for my grandson and might get him interested in the hobby.

Hello, I could really use some help. I have this metal detector and it's fantastic. Buy I'm trying to use the memory setting more accurately. If I scan my metal detector over steel, it reads silver or if I scan it over copper it picks up iron ect ect... Is there a reset button or some way I can change this? So if I'm looking for coins, I can rely on my machine to not have me digging up old cans and stuff. I'd appreciate some advice.

will it find civil war pull tabs and bottle caps see if xp deus will send you one I just got one and it makes the garrett at seem like a toy I found so much that my at missed good luck

I must be doing something wrong because I can’t get a thing with this detector…. I can hear 3 different beeps at the same time and I have been watching videos to learn how to handle it and I’m totally unsuccessful!! Can somebody give me some advice??? I don’t want to give up on this one!
You may have just qualified for your new day job...and if you can sell this detector ,maybe we can sell those stainless steel screws and nuts and bolts...it is a nice looking machine ..and about as least as expensive as you can find..a great starter detector..thanks for the demonstration..CBJ

They both come with built in rechargeable batteries standard. Way more features I did not mention. OH yes. Mnual ground balance and a backlight for late night hunting..

i live in camber just down the road lol if you want the best beach dr otek get the mt xe i got one its good on the beach and has a designated sand setting

Hi,I smashed this chinese cheap crap against three today,it shows silver everywhere,nonstop beeping for no reason,new battery is flat after 3.hours and after I opened it i found bits of card board under speaker and glue everywhere inside,never again!!never!!

Yea but can you get one that finds the lock Ness monster
just need a longer reach arm to get the coil deeper and Ness needs a gold necklace on. So if all that lines up, it will work

I have the same one which I bought the other day and I have found that it icks up big objects but not small coins
How’s the recovery speed to me it seems like it would be slow idk I know that usually you sacrifice depth for recovery too so some might not care
